Customer Support

Pros: The customer service provided to us has been outstanding. Email and phone communications were timely, cordial and addressed our needs.

An audit conducted by a third party of our systems last year resulted in glowing reviews of Alloy Discovery. The auditors felt that the capabilities of the product were outstanding for the target market (us).

Cons: I wouldn't say this is a con... There are a few "nice to have" features that are missing, but indications are that these capabilities may be provided as the product matures. They are certainly not show-stoppers for us.

Overall: We've been very, very happy with this product and the company overall. If our auditors are happy, then we're happy. The product was easy for us to deploy and has a very minimal impact on systems/networks when it runs. I'd certainly recommend Alloy Discovery to small businesses or to larger Enterprises that don't need the complexity and feature overkill that similar, far more expensive products provide.
