The development team is always very helpful and professional. Despite being a SaaS platform you always feel very supported in achieving the goals. Once the initial technical difficulties are overcome everything works very well. Pros The Rubens platform is a very solid product, stable and fast when loading very complex 3D assets. The whole platform seems designed to handle a huge amount of products, and is very focused on standardization and scalability. Cons Despite the graphics engine being one of the best (threeJs), there are few advanced features in shader management and the quality of 3D visualization is very limited. The administration of the models was easy to learn and scripts can be written very fast. The VSCode integration with 3D-debugging is pretty cool. Thanks the SDK provided by roomle we were able to integrate the roomle configurator in our environment easily. This all worked smoothly and also demonstrated the flexibility of the Roomle system itself. In my opinion, Roomle has the best system on the market at the moment, so it's a clear recommendation. Cons If there is anything to complain about, it is that a project still requires a lot of cooperation and self-management on the part of the customer. There is Roomle as the software basis, a 3D studio for visualization, an integration partner and so on. This makes it very difficult to realize a project on the narrow track.
