Cons RoomSketcher ist grundsätzlich eine gute und hilfreiche Software, mit der ich gerne gearbeitet habe. Meine negative Bewertung bezieht sich deshalb weniger auf das Produkt selbst als auf den Umgang mit der automatischen Aboverlängerung. Ich habe RoomSketcher während mehrerer Monate nicht mehr genutzt. Trotzdem wurde mein Abonnement automatisch verlängert und meine Kreditkarte entsprechend belastet. Eine vorgängige Erinnerung per E-Mail zur bevorstehenden Verlängerung bzw. Abbuchung habe ich nicht erhalten. Gemäss RoomSketcher erfolgt lediglich eine Benachrichtigung innerhalb der Software – was wenig hilfreich ist, wenn man diese gerade nicht mehr nutzt. Für mich ist diese Praxis nicht kundenfreundlich. Bei einem kostenpflichtigen Abonnement mit automatischer Verlängerung erwarte ich eine transparente Information per E-Mail, bevor meine Kreditkarte erneut belastet wird. Besonders enttäuschend fand ich, dass RoomSketcher auf meine Anfrage hin nicht bereit war, mir entgegenzukommen. Cons Credits, I prefer old way, buy program and have everything included. The support is on point, quick, and very responsive. I plan to continue using it. Pros Ease of setup, short learning curve, and ease of use. Also, support is great: knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to listen. Cons Somewhat clunky; precision of intermediate measurements is missing. It would be nice to be able to add our own furniture to the floor plans or import from other sources, and to treat columns and fireplaces as structural pieces rather than furniture elements... It has allowed me to quickly create accurate floor plans, test different layout ideas, and present concepts to clients in a clear and professional way. The software is easy to use, visually appealing, and has helped streamline my design process. I would definitely recommend it to other designers and homeowners planning renovations. Pros I found RoomSketcher very user-friendly and intuitive to learn. As someone creating room layouts and kitchen concepts, I was able to quickly draw accurate floor plans, add furniture, and visualize different design options without a steep learning curve. The ability to work with precise measurements while still creating professional-looking visuals was especially helpful. Cons Overall, I haven't found any major drawbacks so far. If I had to choose something, I would say that some advanced features require a paid subscription, and there can be a bit of a learning curve when trying to use more detailed tools or create complex layouts.
