Ich habe RoomSketcher während mehrerer Monate nicht mehr genutzt. Trotzdem wurde mein Abonnement automatisch verlängert und meine Kreditkarte entsprechend belastet. Eine vorgängige Erinnerung per E-Mail zur bevorstehenden Verlängerung bzw. Abbuchung habe ich nicht erhalten. Gemäss RoomSketcher erfolgt lediglich eine Benachrichtigung innerhalb der Software – was wenig hilfreich ist, wenn man diese gerade nicht mehr nutzt. Für mich ist diese Praxis nicht kundenfreundlich. Bei einem kostenpflichtigen Abonnement mit automatischer Verlängerung erwarte ich eine transparente Information per E-Mail, bevor meine Kreditkarte erneut belastet wird. Customer service react quickly. Also guide is OK. Pros Being able to independently generate 360-degree views, 3D photos, and 3D floor plans, changing so many times as it is perfect. Cons Credits, I prefer old way, buy program and have everything included. And also when I was using the program more than 2-3 hours and then I wanted to save it or make 360 view it freezed and I had to refresh all the program again. Fortunatelly everything was saved. Pros Die leichte Anwendung sowie die tolle grafische Darstellung. Der guter Support hilft einen schnell und effektiv weiter. Pros I love Room Sketcher for its ease of use. I can help clients visualize space and dimensions very quickly. The learning curve is smaller than most other software systems. Cons I can't customize furniture or import my design selections. It would be helpful to be allowed to customize selections to help clients visualize how their space will look with my actual selections.
