It’s quick and efficient for building layouts. **Cons:** The final output of 2D floorplans isn’t quite polished enough for listings. It allows me to do drawings and layouts without having to send them out to be done. **Pros:** Its very User friendly particularly for a beginner. I loved the tutorial videos that walked me throught the process step by step. **Cons:** I find that adding text is time consuming and not easy. I wish we could add text in blocks/paragraphs.
