Pros I use RoomSketcher to create 2D floorplans for real estate agents, and it’s a great, easy-to-use tool once you get the hang of it. It’s quick and efficient for building layouts. Cons The final output of 2D floorplans isn’t quite polished enough for listings. I usually export and finish everything in Canva to get a more professional look. Good costumer service and help site. Hope there will be updated soon :) Pros I like how easy it is yo draw walls and adjust. Also very easy to set personal colors on the most of the furnitures and adjust the size. Easy to find "how-to-do-it" in the support and questions. Cons I wish there was more alternatives on materials, that there was a "copy-the-color or tile" so I can make the design 100% for my costumers. So they get the actual tile on the floor. Pros This product is a great value for your money. It's fairly easy to use and the tutorials are quite helpful. It is an excellent way to bring ideas to life and a valuable tool to allow clients to visualize the end results. Cons It did take a bit of time to be comfortable with certain aspects like extending getting measurements and calculating the area. Pros It’s Pretty easy to use to design a building. Allows you to get the correct sizes and shows you clearly how much space you would have. 3D options are pretty good too Cons There is no no mass copy or select an area feature so you cannot drag a whole room away. The 3D option is good but movement is limited. Pros It is easy to shift walls, and placing furniture helps visualise the rooms better. The 3d view can be useful. Cons The paid subscription still requires further purchasing of 'credits' to do more projects. I used it to trace over an existing blueprint and then modified it afterwards. Pros It is quite user friendly. I like that the walls snap to other items. I like being able to view the plan in 3D Cons I would like it to handle more file types. The reason I give them that score is because there are some things that still need refining. Pros They are prompt to respond and take priority in your request. The in person training is also great, they take their time to explain and make it clear. Cons So far is that I can't add individual color to material, for example: I would like to add a certain wood and change the color from a color wheel.
