Pros: Seamless integration with our software, easy to use, love the ability to customize, excellent functionality for our purposes!

Cons: There is some functionality with reports that I wish were different. When I want to drill down to the individual level, I wish it were easier to have the option to go back to the same spot in the report when I'm done.

Pros: It integrates with most HRIS systems. Also, when you log in, you can view all the positions available and share them on most social media platforms.

Cons: The interface is clunky and out of date. It needs to be more intuitive and ultimately more user friendly.

Pros: I like that I can see who else has interviewed the candidate, information on the candidate like resume and cover letter; it's also easy to review candidates through the link, although having to repeatedly sign in is annoying; good coverage of things to review on candidate for interviews

Cons: I hate that sometimes I can't submit a review without filling out a box but sometimes I just have nothing to say on that category! Also, sometimes I get a reminder to review the candidate even AFTER I submit a review.

Pros: Greenhouse makes it easy for us to manage candidates and setup interviews. Greenhouse has notes you can attach and comment on to get everything streamlined.

Cons: There aren't really any cons to using this software. Overall very easy to use and great value to our company.

Pros: Great UI. Easy to use. Makes your life easier by integrating lot of other products with just a couple clicks. Has capacity to automate lot of your processes.

Cons: Recently their site is very slow, it takes longer than usually to do stuff on it. They need to improve on their customer support

Pros: I enjoy the ability to personalize your needs through different funnel systems. I love how easy it is to use and even when we do run into a program the support team always provides amazing assistance. Reaching out to candidates is super easy to do in bulk and saves A LOT of time. Being able to export specific funnels is also extremely helpful for productivity!

Cons: One thing I wish we could do is have the ability to unmerge candidates. I also wish there was a way to attach a separate document in a calendar invite.

Cons: The link to share postings can be difficult to locate and forward at times. I think this feature could be expanded upon.

Cons: What I like the least about this software is that sometimes I have issues when trying to upload documents.

-Renders well on a number of devices

Pros: This software makes applicant screening a whole lot simpler. I find the time estimate is really helpful when reviewing resumes of applicants. There are many features to aid in the hiring process and the interface is simple

Cons: I'm surprised there aren't more integrations such as LinkedIn. In this day and age, LinkedIn or other social platforms are hooked up to everything, so I'm surprised it's not

Pros: Fast to upload resume for review and sharing
It's also very simple to use communicate with candidates.
Easy to schedule interview directly in your calendar.

Cons: It's too easy for a candidate to submit multiple times his CV, even creating new profiles with same email.

Pros: Great recruiting tool. The interview kits are very helpful in gathering thoughtful notes about interviewees.

Cons: As I only interact with Greenhouse as an interviewer, which doesn't come up all that often, my usage is pretty limited.

Pros: Greenhouse makes it easy to keep track of candidates, send them testing, and has some good insights into process data.

Cons: I wish there were some more flexibility and that more of the software listed to each other - for example, modifying data can be inaccurate because the same data has to be corrected in multiple spots. It would be great if the program was smart enough to detect that.

Comments: This ATS has helped me stay organized, see what I have to do next with each candidate, it makes my life easier since I don't have to be chasing interviewers to put their feedback, Greenhouse does this automatically for me.

Pros: I love that one can stay very organized with this product. This product was just what I needed. It is easy to use, customer service is always there to help you no matter how many times you ask the same thing, they have a great implementation program that helps you set everything up. Greenhouse has great integrations that make everything more efficient and save so much time.

Cons: At times it can be tricky to use some things. Once you delete something, it is gone forever and there is no way of getting it back. The calendar is also a little tricky to set up.

Pros: I like that everything is tracked in the system, all notes, interviews, scheduling, resumes, offer letters. It's a one stop shop for our recruiting needs.

Cons: The layout could be more inutive as well as the search feature. It took us some training to get everyone up and running on the software. But once everyone is trained, it's very helpful.

Comments: Great product and always improving

Pros: Greenhouse has great features for applicant tracking:
customizable job posting questions
different levels of interactions for the hiring team
multiple interview stages
robust search engine that allows you to keyword search through resumes

Cons: I would love it if the key word search also searched through application questions that are set up by the hiring team. In certain cases we'd be looking for someone in a certain area, but couldn't filter by that question.

Pros: - Alerts when you have to take an action
- it is not only an app is a recruiting expert consultant. Every component of the app makes you think on how to select your candidates. You need to enter a job description, when doing so, you need to think what question would help you to assess the candidate, then you need to think how many phases will have the process, who needs to be involved, you can explicit to the team of interviewers what exactly do want to explore while doing the interviews, etc.

Cons: - If you don't work daily in recruiting, for example, if you are a manger that hires every 3 or four months, the app is a complex to understand, and you can easily forget how to use it.
- For a large company it pays itself, but for small companies that probably don't need all the features but the basics , turns out to be expensive

Overall: great overview of in which stage is every candidate and who is responsible for moving forward the recruiting process candidate, access to the questions and answers, avoid subjective discusión among recruiting team (make decisions based on data)

Pros: This tool assisted me in finding the quality talent my company was looking for. There is a great variety of information you can obtain from using this. Great tool.

Cons: It was very easy to use and often provided solid candidates. Sometimes I would find unrelated resumes or candidates but not very often.

Pros: One hundred percent customizable. A very great user interface that is easy to navigate through and the applicants screening tools are very accurate and make the hiring processes extremely easy.

Cons: pricing and contracts based on company size.
Sometimes the variability and extensive features for set-up can take time away from productivity.

Comments: I think we are a small user and don't get much attention.

Cons: Not much. This system is frustrating to use. it is not intuitive for an experienced user of other ATS tools that the industry has used.Most everything. The navigation is not very good. Customer support...they send you a video tool but it doesn't cover much of what I need.

Pros: What we like the most is the ability to make feature requests and small tweaks to best fit your business. We were also happy with the support we had throughout rolling this out to our teams

Comments: I would highly recommend Greenhouse!

Pros: Greenhouse is fully customizable and very easy to navigate. The feedback tool is also quick and easy, increasing the submission by managers and interviewers!

Cons: The only feature Greenhouse is lacking is an application submission portal. They have workaround, but nothing built yet.

Comments: Great for all sized companies but it was way out of our budget as we are a small business. If we had more in our budget, I would have definitely chosen Greenhouse!

Pros: The ability to track applicant information and sourcing is a huge gap that we're trying to fill with our current talent acquisition process. Giving candidates the ability to provide availability quickly through an easy to use interface is also a huge plus as we have been doing this manually for many years which is very time intensive.

Cons: The pricing models require additional upgrades to get their best reporting solutions which of course is by design. Overall set up and communication initially was helpful but very time intensive as we try to ramp up our use of this tool.

Pros: What I like most about Greenhouse is the simplicity when it comes to managing the entire candidate life cycle from start to finish. They've continued to make improvements in their UI and making it a customer friendly application.

Cons: One thing I've been adamant about over the past year or two is having them revamp their search feature. Being able to search by keywords or past interviews/scorecards is time consuming. Having a built out boolean custom feature would be an amazing addition to an already great ATS.

Pros: It's really easy to collaborate across teams and departments regarding a candidate or the pipeline as a whole. Also really easy to search for people in a specific stage of a hiring pipeline.

Cons: I love the ability to set up auto-posts to your Facebook and LinkedIn pages, but they aren't always easy to update or specify details.

Pros: Ask your friends who work at tech companies - most of them are using Greenhouse. It has a clean candidate experience, and one of the most intuitive and straightforward UIs there is, which keeps our process moving quickly (and when it comes to recruitment, speed is paramount in scooping up candidates before your competitors do)!

Pros: The quality of data collected by Greenhouse allows companies to easily view accurate, KPI-driven reports that drive improvements in their process.

Cons: The only cons that I can think of for Greenhouse is the fact that you the API is only one-way. This is a struggle for integration purposes.

Pros: Greenhouse is quite easy to use and navigate through. While the product is good, I find that the customer support team is great and usually responds right away.

Cons: Greenhouse made some changes and now many emails from Greenhouse are going directly to spam folders. This never was a problem before and then suddenly it is. I've taken every action that they have directed me to take and yet the problem still occurs for more than half of our candidates.

Pros: GreenHouse has been a best tool for our recruiting process in the past. It allowed us to compare candidates against each other and to compare their hiring metrics against the industry standards. It helped our managers to define an evaluation criteria to hire right people. Five start to this App.

Pros: The interview rating cards are awesome - very easy to change for any given role, and every hiring manager I worked with was open to taking advantage of this feature to keep us organized and accurately remember each candidate we interviewed.

Cons: I used to source candidates a lot, and I don't think I had a very easy way to convert a lead into an actual candidate without manually uploading their information - integrations with LinkedIn and other sourcing tools would be awesome.

Pros: Easy to use and navigate through. Great Customer Support team that usually responds right away. I feel like my voice is being heard with them.

Cons: Greenhouse made some changes and now a lot of our emails from GH are going to peoples spam folders. This never used to be a problem and all of the sudden it is. I've done everything they have told me to do and yet the problem still occurs for at least 60% of our candidates which makes my life more difficult.

Pros: The recruiting is easy with Greenhouse and they've done a great job building integrations with other companies. Makes for a great experience when hiring new employees.

Overall: This works as advertised and it's best in breed ATS so you're getting exactly what you pay for. Great product and integrations.

Pros: Greenhouse staff (all have been fantastic), intuitive to use, ease of scheduling, integration with GCal, ability to merge candidates, reports, training materials for end users, customization of interview kit and scorecards, ease of submitting feedback on candidates.

We are also putting in much more expensive and extensive HCM system. In comparison, for the money Greenhouse is a great value.

We love our Greenhouse Account Manager! He always keeps us on track.

Cons: Job set up can require more of an investment of time and effort by Recruiters and Hiring Managers, which requires change management and ongoing education and training of both groups. However, the payoff means that the rest of recruiting process goes very smoothly.

Greenhouse Analytics product is cumbersome, but happily Greenhouse seems to be putting a lot of effort into building up reporting function. We were warned by our sales person that we did not need this product immediately, and he was correct.

Chat help availability can be spotty at times, though they are very helpful when online.

Pros: I really appreciated the ability to score and track interviewers and to look for biases and the data to support it.

Cons: The total flexibility on things like having every interview process be completely customized, also can create problems with reporting (such as having funnel reports across a dept or org).

Overall: It was a couple years ago, but it was a great improvement from other ATS's we've used in the past.

Pros: Has the architecture I need to roll out a structured and scalable worldwide hire & selection process. Easy to set up backend APIs to connect to the other applications I use today. Priced competitively. Great post-sales customer experience team. Great online training support for new users.

Cons: I'd love to see "free" on-boarding of new EEs and ongoing training. A certification process for recruiters. A few more customizable bells and whistles. A more robust mobile app.

Overall: easy to launch and use.

Pros: The scheduling feature is really great in Greenhouse. It's eliminated a lot of the back-end work that is required to schedule an interview, and tells the scheduler where each candidate is at in the process.

Cons: I dislike that there is not an interview kit option for the "Take home test" that allows you to schedule when a test is sent out, and know when it is received.

Pros: Greenhouse is very easy to use. We had no issues with the set up, importing candidate resumes, and setting up our process flows in a way that makes sense to everyone, even casual users (hiring managers).

Cons: It takes a bit of focus to get the hang of the search but the support team assisted us and now we are proficient.

Overall: We were able to quickly implement and build a great database of well qualified candidates. We now have a central place where colleagues in remote locations can be aware candidates, interviews and hires. Also, we can respond quickly to the hiring needs of our organization and scale for contract wins.

Pros: - The interview kits and scorecards are great. Easy for my team and for interviewers to use.
- The UI has continued to get better over the years; clearly the product is continually being improved and new features being built.
- The live chat feature is really helpful (I've used it many times), though it's been a little confusing knowing if we had an Account Manager to call with questions; I believe we had one when we first signed, then were told later we no longer had one, now we have one again?
- Lots of helpful integrations, with G-Suite, Docusign, Linkedin Recruiter, etc.

Cons: - Reporting functionality is rather lacking. I find it not useful and challenging to use. My team uses excel sheets outside of Greenhouse to manually track all our metrics, like time to fill and how many screens it took to get to a hire.
- Pricing spikes if your employee count grows, so you may be paying significantly more for the same product in a year or two.
- Keeping track of passive or prospective candidates is nearly impossible. Unless someone is an active candidate in an active job, it's likely I'll lose track of them.

Pros: I like the customizable features that Greenhouse offers. It allows you to adjust various items of your workflow to meet your company's needs. There is so much Greenhouse can do in the way of making your workflow process smooth for hiring efficiency. You just need to spend the time laying out the process so it is set up how you want.

Cons: Greenhouse is still in a major growth phase. As a result, your rep/Customer Service team often responds with "that isn't a feature we offer right now" to just about every question you ask them. They are big on pushing the blame onto something other than themselves (your IT team, a third party vendor, etc). The reps are inconsistent, we have had great reps and then we have had reps that are hardly present. There is a large turnover there so you don't get the chance to develop a true relationship with anyone.

Pros: It's so easy to train new users. The software is intuitive and new users pick it up quickly. It has been really cool to see all the new features added over the years.

Cons: In the past year, I have seen a drastic increase in glitches and bugs with the site. I've submitted more tickets to support and have had to find more workarounds for things like calendars not syncing. Additionally, the accuracy of the reporting feature could use some extra attention.

Overall: Having access to all candidate history, contact info and feedback is a lifesaver when it comes to recruiting and compliance. Greenhouse also helps us establish and follow a clear recruiting process.

Creating new job openings is simple, with many items easy to customize to our specific process. Creating new candidate profiles is straight forward with the integrated CV parsing. Generally speaking, navigating through the system is smooth and dummy-proof.
Greenhouse helped us reach the next step of our business grow and development, with standard Talent Acquisition processes in all our geographical locations across the globe, while always proposing applicants a professional experience. And just as importantly, it helps us share information and integrate totally the Talent Acquisition functions within the "business" functions, facilitating exchanges with interviewers and hiring managers.

Cons: Due to data privacy protection compliance, we cannot provide access to Greenhouse to all our workforce, which limits the capacity of employees to make direct referral

Pros: Greenhouse is both intuitive and adaptable. It promotes best practices (e.g. structured interview process and scorecard model) and facilitates easy collaboration with hiring managers (e.g. @ mention feature). On top of that, the staff provide excellent service (e.g. online chat support, and our extremely responsive Account Manager, Ben) and the product is constantly improving.

Cons: Would appreciate a new job template to capture enterprise-wide best practices (e.g. competency-based hiring models) and a provision for printable interview guides based on the scorecard. That said, the Support team constantly solicits feedback and releases quarterly upgrades - these features may be included by the time you're reading this!

Overall: Flexibility, ease of use, best practices in assessment and hiring team collaboration, and excellent service and support.

Pros: I like that the software is easy to use (both for the Recruiting team and for the Hiring Managers/Interviewers) and it is very intuitive. It takes minimal training for employees to learn how to navigate and manage the system.

Pros: I love how easy to use Greenhouse is. With very little training, my team went from recruiting via email to adopting and embracing the system within months. Scorecards help to inform our executives about hiring decisions, and the reporting gives my team real metrics to back-up or improve our processes.

Cons: All of my cons are likely future feature roadmap items. For instance, I would like to repost a job (on job boards) without having to create a new job ID (by duplicating the role). I would love to have an kanban board view when looking at an open role.

Being a Greenhouse user for the past two years I have seen many of my ideas added and my Account Manager always adds a personal touch by letting me know when my ideas will go live.

Pros: No glaring holes in the tools a small-to-medium sized organization needs to track, manage, evaluate, and hire candidates.

Lots of push-button integration partners to drive downstream workflows, such as Background Screening, and HRIS export.

Cons: Heavy configureability means heavy variation between customer setups. This is true in nearly every software solution, not just Greenhouse.

It would be great to see Greenhouse take more of a lead in providing good examples of objective candidate evaluations. Scorecards that coach interviewers on how to objectively evaluate certain attributes, etc...there's plenty of research out there on preventing bias in interviews, and how evaluate candidates more objectively. We'd welcome Greenhouse to take away some of the 'configurability' in favor of stronger leadership on evaluating technical and non-technical qualities objectively and without bias during interview.

BambooHR, an HR Information System, does a great job of leading their customers by designing functionality that support best practices in performance review, performance management, and goal setting. They simply don't allow their customers to configure their way out of doing good reviews. They explain the research behind employee engagement, good reviews, and stick to their guns. This is good industry leadership, Greenhouse could learn from that.

"Choose your own path" isn't always the best.

Comments: The best ATS I've used to date- the reporting on the tool is incredible making it seamless to show where there may be issues / bottlenecks in pipeline. Scheduling is a dream with the different integrations. The built in templates make it easy for small teams to perform like a well oiled machine. I can't say enough great things about a tool that really understands the millions of tasks one person in HR performs. This tool makes my small team of three look and feel like a team of 10 with all its functionality. Pros: Easy to use, understand and navigate. Nice design. Bulk actions. Reports (looking forward to customizable reports!!). Boolean search doable. Easy to tag candidates or write notes that are searchable.

Cons: Dashboard "My Applications" should be different per user - so for Hiring Managers just showing Hiring Manager Review, and for Recruiters showing stages they own. You cannot re-reject candidates if rejected without email the first time and need to now send email. Recruiters do not have access to view all candidates, but only candidates associated to their jobs. You cannot do phone screens on prospects unless you convert them to a candidate - not helpful if you need to do a phone screen (and want to save notes in their profile) to determine if you should change them to an active candidate. No split screen when viewing interview kit - easier to conduct interview if you can see resume and scorecard questions side by side.

Overall: The ability to have our entire recruiting process in one place. Helps with hiring decisions that are consistent, as well as helped us implement diversity/inclusion measures. The team is now able to follow processes within one system.

Pros: Greenhouse allows our organization to streamline our hiring process. From applications to interview feedback to offer creation, everything is much simpler since implementing Greenhouse.

The best feature, for me, is the interview kits and feedback. It allows us to set up interviewers for success during interviews and make sure we have consistent selection criteria. Also, the scorecards make gathering feedback much easier, I don't have to chase down hiring managers anymore.

Throughout the buying and implementation process, everyone at Greenhouse was great to work with. They were transparent with pricing, worked within my expectations and timelines and did a great job helping me through the implementation process. I have now purchased and implemented Greenhouse at my last two organizations.

Cons: I think the one area that can be improved/added is more features focused on nurturing previous candidates.

Intuitive, beautiful, and hyper functional.

Pros: How intuitive it is, how many features there are, how it lets us have the flexibility and power we need.

Cons: Sometimes integrations can get glitchy (Google Calendar). Wish we had more flexibility to create our own custom reports.

Greenhouse is a great recruitment software that creates a very smooth process.

Pros: The system is very flexible and quite intuitive. The screening tool helps saving a lot of time and communications with candidates and the hiring team is quick and easy. The recruitment pipeline can be tailored for each recruitment and all the interview notes or test results are stored on the candidate profile. Reporting options cover all the information you need to understand your recruitment trends. The system also facilitates referral schemes, panel creation, internal job board and multiple job board if you have different branches.

Cons: As with any systems, there are always small details that could be changed to suit personal preferences. The interview notes once exported in pdf could be better designed and I would like to have more options for the interviewer profile. The phone app has recently been updated and most functions are now available - hopefully the next upgrade will include the possibility to email candidates!

I love using Greenhouse, it makes our processes run smoother and let's me get more done!

Pros: I like that a lot of it is customizable, I can adjust the platform to our needs and processes. It makes it easy to send out reminders to interviewers and keep everyone on track or share notes. I love that it integrates with gmail as well and google calendar which makes everything easier to get done.

Cons: There are definitely a lot of improvements that could be made to make the software even better - for example, when working with external recruiters they often want to be cc'ed on candidate communication but there is no option to set that as a default in Greenhouse. I would also love the option to hide candidate names during resume review so we can work on our diversity efforts more thoroughly.

Pros: Greenhouse has allowed me to overhaul our sourcing, recruiting and hiring programs, and has positioned us for immense growth. In just over 15 months since launching Greenhouse we went from 38 people to just over 80!

Cons: There are still some areas where you have to change things twice manually or it won't be updated, still small bugs here and there, and some of the integrations aren't as simple as made out to be. But the platform is still new and I have been impressed working with the people and the company.

Greenhouse is a real enabler of internal talent aquisition

Pros: Ease of use and the interview kits and scorecards and not limit to the number of users so everyone can be a talent scout

Cons: No single view for recruiters that provides their lay of the land so to speak for the roles and activity they have on.

One of the best tools on the market ideal for growth companies who believe in structured interviews!

Pros: Mobile App is great for reaching people on the Go! The ability to allow hiring managers to see the back end is great. Also bakes in approval flows and allows for custom tracking links.

Cons: reporting is clunky when you work with GSuite and ability to nurture silver medalists is poor (tags are not helpful)

Pros: Automates the recruiting process, helps us recruit at scale. All recruiters that we hire like using it, so helps them get excited to work here. Intuitive to use.

Cons: There are so many options in the set up, took us a while to optimize our process and get the full value of the software.

Overall: Efficiency gains, tracking referrals and prospects, faster time to hire.

I've used Greenhouse for 3 years and I am my company's GH admin.

Pros: Greenhouse is great. It's very customizable to your recruiting operation while providing clear guidance on how to best organize your operation. This improves your candidate/interviewer experience while maximizing your data/analytics and workflows. Their customer service team is top notch. They're friendly and helpful and always solution oriented. There's so much I personally like that I'll just have to list a few (in no particular order):

- Offer Workflows (with approvals)
- Job Setup
- Customizable Options (Offer details, Job details, Tags, Candidate details)
- Greenhouse Analytics (Okay I lied, this is my favorite)
- Employee Dashboard
- Referral Process (Posting to social media, tracking, organizing referrals as a referrer)

Cons: There isn't a lot not to like. Greenhouse is growing fast and their software is evident of that at times. There are some legacy situations that they've chosen not to prioritize (like bulk updating approvals on jobs) with their engineering time, but though the solution today is time consuming, they're obviously making progress to minimize the pains. When you use Greenhouse, you're using a tool that does more than track candidates, it helps you interview better and it helps your team become more confident in their hiring decisions. So, of course that opens the door for growing pains as they scale and learn what their customers need.

On a more technical side. The way they've designed their API doesn't always make the most sense. They provide some resources to understand it better but until you're neck deep into when candidate_ID and application_ID are used and what historical information is connected to each, it's a bit like learning a new language.

It's been a great partnership!

Pros: This is the most intuitive and well thought out ATS that I've used and we consistently receive that same feedback from within the TA team and from the business that we support. The Greenhouse product team is very forward thinking and receptive and it shows in the frequent releases. The interview kits, easy integrations, approvals, referral tool and the mobile app have all shaped the way our team works. We've also had a great experience with our Account Director, which can make all the difference.

Cons: The biggest con for us would be the basic reports. We quickly outgrew them and needed to move to an in-house solution.

I've used Greenhouse to recruit for both Qubit & PlayQ and have had a great experience!

Pros: I like how customizable and detailed the platform is. Each job dashboard is informative and aesthetically pleasing.

Cons: The prospecting and pipeline building feature and /or tools. It should be easier to import candidates from LinkedIn and track their journey.

Overall: This software has consolidated and formalized all of my recruiting efforts.

Pros: I like to say Greenhouse is the "Mac" of ATS programs.... with an app that you can download, and easy scorecards to fill it, it couldn't be easier for our teams to use.

Cons: Customer service seems to have dwindled a little since we first implemented it a year ago - the chat feature was online more frequently. Also, it's hard to post a job in multiple markets without doing multiple reqs - a feature I know they are working to address.

Overall: Better ATS, Referral platform, Centralized Scorecards/easy to fill out

I manage hiring for a large org whose staff numbers fluctuate wildly, and Greenhouse keeps me sane!

Pros: The fact that several staff members can work together as a hiring team and that you can move candidates from one role to another, as well as merge duplicates.

Cons: I think the toughest thing is getting my colleagues to use it to its full extent. Training would probably help.

Pros: How flexible and customizable it is, particularly with regards to the scorecard for each job. The scorecard helps me guide the hiring team to focus on the right things and creates a consistent data set to consider with each decision.

Pros: - Encourages collaboration between interviewers
- Built around the idea of a structured interview process, which helps us make data-driven decisions
- UI is intuitive and easy to navigate
- Customer support is top notch - responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable
- They continually roll out new features and improvements, largely based on feedback from their user community

Cons: - There are a lot of reports that come with the system, but no option to build custom reports from scratch
- Managing prospects is a bit messy and often creates duplicates. We've adopted a Talent CRM (Beamery) to help us better manage prospects and talent pools.

Overall Greenhouse has been instrumental in improving our hiring efforts.

Pros: The reporting functionality has been great. It allows us more visibility into our efforts and better communication. In addition, the scorecard aspect is my favorite. I love being able to provide our interviewers with everything they need in one spot.

Cons: There are still a few bugs in the system. Have provided some suggestions along the way and appreciate the level of customer service when providing that feedback.

Greenhouse has been a great tool for us. It meets our needs for recruiting in multiple areas.

Pros: The software has so many capabilities that it can really be molded for use in any industry. If I have a want or an item on my wishlist, our account manager can usually find a way in the system to make it happen for us, and fit our needs. Greenhouse has really proven to be effective in each of the different areas of our business.

Cons: There are so many features and permission levels for users that it can be confusing. I have had to have a few refreshers with the team to remind them how to do things in the system.

Overall: A more comprehensive ATS that fits the needs for our different recruiting teams.

Greenhouse is a wonderfully usable, flexible ATS with some CRM capabilities

Pros: It lets me be creative. I can post what I need and it does not give me a limit on what I want. I also really like the chat function. They help me a lot when I have small issues.

Cons: It's difficult to keep things organized. If you are not on top of what you want out of the platform it can get very messy and hard to read very easily.

Pros: It's got almost every report I could ask for. Really easy to set up and building & publishing new jobs is a breeze. It's helped calibrate candidate evaluations across our interviewing teams. It integrates nicely with our HRIS & Payroll platform to make the transition from offer to hire pretty simple.

Cons: If there is one thing it is missing, it is the ability to create questionnaires or tests that can be sent out during the interview process. If you want to collect customer Q&A, it can only be done at the time of application. I don't like the idea of making the application process that long for folks who wouldn't pass the initial recruiter screen.
