"Unfortunately this software stopped working with Quickbooks..."
Pros: We loved this software while it worked. It was easy to use, schedule, and bill our clients and no one really wanted to switch away from it.
Cons: We had to switch away from QXpress because it stopped supporting our version of Quickbooks and wouldn't sync.

Overall: Nothing!
Cons: We desired a Trial of the Software to see how it would fit with our company. One of the salesperson immediately sent me a contract for the trial of the program, saying it must be signed in order to receive the trial. Two days later we decided this program was not for us and decided to cancel the trial. Phone call and email to her was never acknowledged. The bill comes through as Marathon and so seems like a gas company and hard to recognize, which is how our accounting department recorded it. Two years later we figured out it was QXpress billing us. Upon reaching out the company, we were told not only could we not cancel, but that we would need to buy out the contract. This was after spending money over two years to the company and never using their product after the first day. Please avoid this scamming company and their very bad product. Reason of review: Poor customer service. Preferred solution: Full refund.
