Keep up the great work. Pros I never have an issue with contacting anyone from Rapid. When they answer which is usually right away, they are extremely helpful and always go above and beyond. I can find the distant to the next job very easily. Cons I can not always find the right reports needed. The trucks are not always connected. Whether it's our dispatchers, our CEO, and everyone in between, some aspect of the platform can be used to provide helpful information. Cons There isn't too much to complain about this software. It's easy to use for everyone involved. Sometimes the devices have given us connectivity problems and mistracking. Student Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Great Tracking software" April 5, 2018 5.0 Pros I used for work for a logistics company a few months back and would use this software all the time to track the fleet, almost on real time basis. This software came in very handy and super easy to use. Cons I have not had a very good experience with the customer care especially on the weekends when we had to work one-off. But besides that no issues with this tool at all.
