"Intuitive platform for courier integration"

**Overall:** Overall, my experience with ShippyPro has been positive. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, making courier integration and label generation very efficient. However, loading times between sections and order search could be improved.

**Pros:** Intuitive and easy to use platform tool, with efficient workflows, clear interface, and smooth courier integration.

**Cons:** Slow loading between sections and search, which can impact productivity and make order management less efficient overall.

"Great experience, highly recommended "

**Overall:** It has been great, easy and is working beautifully. the staff are enjoying using it and it has helped save so much time!

**Pros:** I like that I can get the best price every time and be confident in the system. Postcode blocking etc also helps to push over to other couriers. So easy to use aswell.

**Cons:** I guess that lack of training one to one, it was all don't through the helpdesk and was fiddly. I would have liked more via a video link for example.
