Pros I have been using BP for almost 3 1/2 years now, and I have always enjoyed the ease of integration with all of my other work related apps. I am about import my company cam projects directly into my quotes and customer files. That seriously makes a huge difference when building projects that are designed specifically for each customer. Cons I am not a fan of the relative inability to access projects without cellular service. If I am in the boondocks it basically cripples me. June 14, 2025 5.0 my experience with Builder Prime has been pretty positive. It’s streamlined a lot of our processes, especially around lead tracking and project management. There’s a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, but once you get the hang of it, it really helps keep everything organized and running smoothly. Pros The things I liked most about Builder prime are its easy-to-use interface, great CRM features, and helpful customer support. Cons Some features aren’t very customizable, and there’s a bit of a learning curve at first. I also ran into a few small bugs here and there, but nothing major. Cons As mentioned in what I like most, there's a lot of features, so there can be a lot to learn about the system and how to use it. But once you understand it, it becomes second nature. Pros While the software itself works very well, the back end support and onboarding teams are available seemingly whenever I need them. They have helped me with many questions and helped set up the things I could not. Keep this going! Cons When creating new project templates, I wish the copy and paste could copy over the formatting. We have legacy templates and every time I go to create a template in BP, I have to reformat everything. The customer service received for any issue has been phenomenal. Pros The software is easy to use with a number of integrations and has esignatures built in. Great for tracking sales and developing a scope of work. Training was very quick and the addition of a custom configurator is great. Cons Software is missing some key reports and a defined post sales service module. Builder Prime handles most of those tasks freeing up my time to actually do the sales part of my job. I’ve got it to the point where updating is just scrolling and a couple of clicks through my templates and I’m done. The tasks are fantastic for follow ups and the automated reminders keep me on track. My followup sales have noticeably improved the system. I would recommend Builder Prime to anyone, from office administration to the CEO, looking to make their business streamline and more successful. Pros Everything I need is in front of me...LITERALLY. When I have to follow up with a potential customer, it’s such a convenience having everything at my fingertips. From the initial meeting to resulting the appointment to following up, this is the best CRM you could ask for. The customizable tasks and automated management make following up an absolute breeze.
