### "Better Late Than Never! "

My overall take on Builder Prime is extremely positive. It was a pretty drastic learning curve compared to our old CRM - but it is well worth it. My company has received exceptional customer service through Mahan and we are able to easily view any and all key metrics which is what we really need to measure our success and areas we need to improve upon. We were manually tracking quite a few things that are built in to Builder Prime naturally (lead sources, closing rates, etc.) and it began to feel so disorganized. It is such a relief to finally have everything in one neat tidy place finally. We still haven't learned everything, but we're excited to keep unlocking all the potential this CRM has to offer!

Pros

I appreciate being able to easily pull key metrics for just about anything I'm looking for. I especially love it's capability to track leads and their sources.

Cons

Viewing Builder Prime mobility is not very user friendly. I am not always near my laptop and would like the capability to help answer questions when I am away from my desk, but it is very difficult or impossible unless I am viewing the CRM via desktop.

### "Builder Prime- so much more than a CRM"

My overall experience has been positive- from the onboarding phase (set-up, staff training) to the ongoing day-to-day activities, Builder Prime gives me insight to all details of each prospect and customer journey. This has uncovered operational and staffing issues that can be addressed to improve our customer experience and profitability.

Pros

It is both an operations and marketing tool. With Builder Prime, we can follow and shape the customer journey since all departments have a view. We have been able to see issues and address them before they become significant problems. With Builder Prime, we are constantly improving our operations and training our staff to provide a better customer experience.

Cons

As in any service, some limitations are more annoying than roadblocks. We have to create workarounds that may not be ideal, but we make them work. The work order has the biggest limitations for us.

Great introductory/sales team, not too hard to learn the basics and begin using it, many advanced features and capabilities, useful for my entire company, great user controls for different roles (sales, PM, admin, field workers, etc).

Pros

Excellent customer service, continuous improvement of technology and capabilities, strong data tracking, CRM + Project Management platform in one, integrates with Ring Central for call/text, works well on a iPhone.

Cons

Some features can be frustratingly glitchy, needs better financial data tracking/management for expenses (current features are cumbersome, require a lot of manual effort; would be better if there was an integration that allowed me to directly pay subcontractors/vendors from BuilderPrime and have it create a Bill that syncs with QBO)

### "Builder Prime Rocks"

Builder Prime had been a great switch for us from our previous CRM. We have a better view of our numbers now. Selling is easier with the intergarted E signature feature and the automations. Project management is easier as we can track all materials, labour and commisions withing the CRM. We love Builder Prime, It's been a bit of a learning curve but we are happy we made the switch. Builder Prime's support team is amazing too.

Pros

I like like how everything is under one platform from lead management to project management to tracking materials labour and commissions for proper job costing and the reporting on your KPI's gives you a clear insight on how well your company is doing. The ease of the E-signature feature and automations has helped our sales team and production stay on top of everythings.

Cons

I wish we had more time onboarding and making sure we set up everything properly and as efficiently as possible. It's a beast of CRM and can be overwelming.

Its good easier to manage than most other CRMs. Its very user friendly and easily trainable to a new sales rep.

Pros

I like builder prime cause it stream lines the process from estimates to Job sold. Making multiple estimates is very fast and efficient.

Cons

I would like to be able to mark up/ edit images on the app itself and the photos to come out clearer on the estimates. Additionally if we can make a unique title card for all projects that will be good as well.

It does not have any tags. I wish I could tag projects the same as you can in Company Cam or your Gmail inbox.

We searched for over 2 years looking for a tool that could combine CRM with Sales and BP nails it! Nothing else we found integrates every step so seamlessly. The training process was in-depth and moved at a reasonable pace to grasp. The chat help function is fast and efficient. All things considered, the transition has been smooth and we're running our business more efficiently than ever.

Pros

Builder Prime is an incredibly intelligent tool that makes all the steps simple and cohesive. From lead creation to appointments to sales to production, this system flows logically and succinctly through the process. Estimates have never been easier and project management through payment collection is a breeze.

Cons

Price Book setup is a little tedious, but once built the rest of the system flows easily. Some of the language in the default messaging needs to be adjusted for tone of voice.

I have had a very positive experience with builder prime, and it has been interesting to see how many companies have decided to use it over the years since I started this job four years ago.

Pros

I have been using BP for almost 3 1/2 years now, and I have always enjoyed the ease of integration with all of my other work related apps. I am about import my company cam projects directly into my quotes and customer files. That seriously makes a huge difference when building projects that are designed specifically for each customer.

Cons

I am not a fan of the relative inability to access projects without cellular service. If I am in the boondocks it basically cripples me.

The estimate creation software is definitely worth the value for your money. Additionally, we are implementing the project management pieces as well, which we know will be a huge time saver. Hands down, the number one choice for our franchisees.

Pros

Their Support team is the bomb.com. \[sensitive content hidden\] are fabulous and helped our whole franchise system onboard well.

Cons

Obviously, every new CRM change is a challenge. So after being on our previous CRM, the learning curve was a lot, but we are so excited to be on Builder Prime.

It was not good. At all. I spent a lot of money, had way more problems and much less customer service than I should have had @ this price point, and lost a significant amount of work due to the quotes missed by customers in spam.

Pros

Accessing almost any aspect of a quote, from the tabs @ the top of the page…documents, photos, quote itself, client log, price sheet, etc.

Cons

The customer service, the problems with quotes delivering to customer’s spams, the inability to customize the quotes to the degree necessary, no viable way to add options to a quote, and the price.

It updates me on project statuses, takes progress photos, and communicates with clients from the construction site. It provides me with workflows for lead follow-up and reminders (e.g., clients who haven't paid or haven't responded).

Pros

Combine CRM, estimates, invoicing, project scheduling, and payments into a single platform. Ideal for avoiding the chaos of using five different apps (such as Excel, QuickBooks, and separate calendars).

Cons

The interface isn't as intuitive as simpler tools (e.g., Trello or HoneyBook). It takes time to set up templates and processes.

Give yourself time to integrate this platform and you will be fine. If we would have rushed into this I think I would have become too overwhelmed to feel like we could be successful with it. Now that we have learned the basics and have a decent flow of things it has made everything so seamless within our business.

BP is such an all-inclusive platform for construction and trades focused businesses!

Getting set up can feel overwhelming, especially with all of the technology that goes into it.

Fabulous. The customer service is excellent, the team is obviously passionate. I cannot say enough great things about this company.

Pros

All in one solution with ability to work seamlessly with additional softwares like Mail Chimp, Company Cam and more.

Cons

The ability to print all the reports would be great. Most of them print, but several must be edited in spreadsheet before printing because there are so many columns of data (which results in super tiny print) . An option to print 'select columns' would be helpful.

I really love it. It’s very easy to use and the customer support is great.

Pros

Reports are great. Client and project progression are very easy to work with.

Cons

I would like it to be integrated with Microsoft Office. The inventory management system needs to be tweaked to allow us to delete product if entered incorrectly. Work orders to be connected to the employees timecards so they don’t have to be manually entered

Absolutely amazing, this was a game changer in so many ways. I handle a lot when it comes to our company and I have slowly been bringing on 3rd parties to handle lead generation and scheduling and it was a breeze for them to pick up. Any special feature requests that would pertain to our account can be submitted and then the BP team gets to work to make it happen. Customer service is unreal!

Pros

Very easy to learn and implement. Getting everything customized and then adding on the fly was simple.

Cons

employee or subcontractor clock in clock out. We tried this and attempted several times to make this function work with our hourly based sub contractors and employees but eventually removed everyone that has to clock in and clock off builder prime and are currently using the old fashion way.
