It has been stable and has continued to add new features since we started using it. For us, this is the best experience we could have asked for. We know the system will not change overnight or keep us from completing our work, while also ensuring we don't fall behind on the latest e-commerce trends. It's a big negative when these SaaS services update in a way that breaks a previous workflow, and we haven't experienced that with JasperX. Pros Without JasperX, we couldn't update product records accurately and efficiently across all our sales channels, which created real value for our business. Our manual process of editing each channel was inefficient and prone to variances in our product data depending on which channel a customer visited. JasperX still lets us maintain unique data across all sales channels while keeping a single core product record. With their software, you can duplicate as much or as little of a product record as you like. Owning your product data outside your website or marketplaces is powerful and lets you quickly add more outlets for your products. JasperX also allows you to add more product attributes or meta fields. You can use these to trigger events on your website or store data that doesn't fit on a particular channel or marketplace. Jasper can also transform your channel-specific data points to help prevent duplicate records and data points in your system. Cons Getting up and running was a bit of a challenge, but it was expected, since we had millions of data points to import and map. Dealing with this much data always brings challenges, but the JasperX team supported us well. If we hadn't had so much data to start with, the process would have been great. The support team is great and has kept our systems running while meeting our specific needs. If you don't have a PIM and want to get started, the best time to start was yesterday... Pros Jasper PIM helps Skullcandy deliver a premium experience for our customers by providing an easy to use tool that allows us to efficiently manage multiple storefronts. We have had a lot of success managing products, categories, and pricing in the PIM and look forward to taking advantage of new features to continue improving our customer's experience and journey on site. We have structured our communication to be on regular intervals so we can stay on top roadmap goals (for example, this year we have two sales channels: Shopify and BigCommerce) which has helped us progress projects quicker and stay on top of new updates so we can grow our company. Pros That it's flexible enough to provide a solution for both internal workflows and external sales channels. I like how the technology is not static and often looks for ways to improve through best practices within the consumer sales industry. Cons Due to the amount of customizations we have, it can be challenging to pinpoint issues quickly. Reasons for choosing JasperX We felt like Jasper had experience working with our ERP (Microsoft Great Plains) AND the ecommerce platform (BigCommerce). I use it for managing 7 webshops in different languages with different currencies. With Jasper I can easy control all products in all webshops, and it have made it a lot easier for me to scale to new markets and countries! Pros The integration with Shopify are amazing, and you can get going so much faster than other PIM systems. I tried 5 other before ending up with Jasper. Cons The dashboard is missing some personalization and maybe a form of statistics and gamification. However, I know they are constantly working to improve this.
