Great experience from implementation, evolving and using!

Pros

The functionality within is great. Communications, campaigns, events can all be sent from one platform. Customer service is 10/10 always on hand to support and guide.

Cons

Some restrictions within templates/newsletter design prevent some internal brand designs being included.

Even though internal communication is much more about hybrid events, video streaming and social networking for us these days, email newsletters have proved to be irreplaceable as a tool for keeping everyone in the loop. Poppulo does the job reliably and with panache.

Pros

Great email & engagement analytics, customisation options, easy to use interface

Cons

Poppulo is not exactly cheap but it offers more features than the competition and feels more 'professional'
