“The only thing we wish could work better is that we have staff that telemarkets but doesn't work the quote, so they pass to an available sales rep, when that pass happens we have to set a call back for the customer or the person telemarketing has to wait until the whole quote is done before they can move on, because if they hang up it hangs up the whole call.“

I've had a positive experience overall. It's a great system that helps us connect with our customers. It's effective, thorough, and easy.

Pros

It's very simple and user friendly. Adding dispositions is easy and both click to call and auto dialer work great for me. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been so helpful via email and for a live video training. She answers all my questions promptly and investigates when she doesn't have the answer.

Cons

I wish we could sync call logic to eagent so that our notes can transfer there. The pause time could be longer than 5 minutes. An option to skip or hang up on someone who's being auto dialed would be ideal because there are some leads we may want to remove in the middle of the campaign. Not call logics fault but our list will sometimes call spouses back to back which is unnecessary.

Great to have to help us expand our dialing capacity, huge help! Would like it if there was more functionality, not quite there yet.

Pros

Easy to use and jump in, doesn't require much to get going and really start increasing the number of dials you can hit

Cons

Limits to the amount of leads you can add per campaign, doesn't live update campaigns so you have to rebuild them every time

Great tool and it cuts back on the time spent dialing daily. It allows my agent to multitask and stay engaged.

Cons

I wish it allowed the system to sort out the customers that have been contacted to be removed from the campaign, so the agents are not calling people multiple times as they finish a list.

I do not recommend! #1 you will burn through phone numbers as they get flagged as spam. Tested a new dialer for 30 days and none of my marketing numbers have yet to be flagged while utilizing competitor. #2 Pricing. I found a better system with more hours & features for half the cost. #3 Customer Service. I called & emailed for over a week to support. I literally had to complete a new client form and speak to sales before being transferred to support. #4 refund policy. I have over 80 hours of unused dialing time. They are refusing to refund me for those unused hours. I highly recommend utilizing another service! Unless you like buying and burning numbers multiple times per week!

Call Logic has to be a goto call dialer for anyone that has to manage large volumes of calls, expects high quality from those calls, embraces the features of reports and insights provided by the meeting summaries. I haven't the opportunity to measure the call volume before Call Logic, but I can only imagine that productivity has increased significantly. Also, it is worth the investment based on the benefits and ease of use!

Pros

Call quality and features are beneficial for my needs. Call Logic is a very intuitive tool to use. I really enjoy the reports and data provided that gives me insights into how to manage productivity. The call dialer mechanism is worth the money. In addition to the reports, the meeting summaries gives me the understanding of aligning subsequent campaigns. At this point, I've hadn't had to rely on customer support due to the seamless way that files can be uploaded and integrated in the Call Logic database.

Cons

I believe this isn't a concern that Call Logic needs to address, but there are times where I may not be prepared for a call that is connected, so I have to adjust on the fly.

I do really like this and while my company doesn't provide it for me I personally saught them out and use it to increase my activities and call volume because I know how helpful it is to me and found it to be worth the cost to at least have conversations and get through calls over the phone without the added headache of trying to dial manually. I think all companies should pay for this and use this service for their sales and recruiter teams to help with volume and quality of sales.

Pros

I like the process is easy to use moving from one call to another. It makes calling easier, saves me so much time and allows me to focus on content and details rather than dialing, redialing, and spending too much down time between calls to log and move to the next record manually. I like that I can document within their system, and then import or at least get a list of what transpired on each call, update info, and automate those voicemail messages!

Cons

Downloading a list as we don't have a seamless connection to integrate our CRM or ATS. I also found that using headphones when recording voicemais wasn't optimal because the sound quality wasn't terrific so I didn't record them with my headphones on. That may not be a fault of the Call Logic software but the office I am working in may be the reason why it had a distant and echo sound so I used the handset to prevent this. But the good thing is I could listen to it and correct and record the voicemails I wanted to use!

We replaced 3 telemarketers with the Call Logic Calling assistant. My staff do not have to search for leads to call. When they log in at the beginning of the day, they send their Tasks to the Calling Assistant and get busy!

Pros

Using Lead Manager integrated with Call Logic has streamlined our sales process. It keeps us on top of follow-ups and helps us stay organized so fewer leads slip through the cracks.

Cons

Onboarding took a while. It seemed complicated until we used it for a few weeks. I think we were experts after 3-4 months.

Great experience with call logic. They are key to succesfully implementing lead manager in our office when it comes to telemarketing.

Pros

Allows our team to efficiently call large numbers of leads through their auto dialer and click to dial options. In an industry where spead matters I highly recommend not only having call logic, but that every sales staff on your team has their own call logic account.

Cons

From call reluctance and call apathy to a very efficient outbound call execution, Call Logic allowed me to focus on the most important end-product of these calls, meaningful and impactful conversations. I am no longer mentally exhausted at the end of my call blocks from leaving 20-30 voice mails and actually very energized and focused when conversations do occur.

Pros

The most economical way to increase your call output productivity. Support staff has been very responsive and helpful during the onboarding process. Once integrated with our ATS, Call Logic made it easy to streamline AND maximize our workflow of calls each day.

Cons

The only minor issue is that Call Logic does not fully match the staging designations with our ATS yet the integration is good enough for effective administrative follow through.

Great! Very easy and allows us to reach a lot more customers in a short amount of time. We can reach 300 prospects a day per person instead of less than 100. It also helps us not to overthink the leads before calling them.

Pros

It's very easy to use and quick to train my team on the platform. I'm very happy with Call Logic and ended up getting the program again after I had cancelled it.

Cons

I wish that it was a bit quicker to log in to the system. It would be nice if there was a one click log in.

Customer service is excellent their team is very responsive and knowledgeable and easy to get in touch with. You always get a live person and they will help you get started

Pros

We use the auto dialer on a weekly basis. It allows us to make our calls in volume which allows us to maximize our results and employed productivity. The system is very easy to use and very affordable.

Cons

The navigation could be a little bit more straightforward, But all in all it is overall easy to use.

Pros

I love that this system eliminates the tedious task of manually dialing individual phone numbers. This allows us to focus on people who answer. The reports are easy to use.

Cons

The ability to be able to schedule daily reports.

Bought initially just for myself to use to keep me focused in call-backs. Now hiring and have option that this position can work from home; without Call Logic, we wouldn't have that possibility .

Pros

1) Can use from any phone and caller ID still projects the business number 2) Can book and see appointments in my calendar, while in the software. No back and forth between apps 3) Can train users remotely while listening in and coaching live while they're making calls 4) Can pay the employee/user for exactly the time they worked by pulling up the report of their logins

Cons

Couldn't manage the software without training, but once trained, it was a piece of cake!

This product has the ability to cut down dialing time

Pros

Fairly easy once you've gone through the training. The customer service is amazing and very knowledgeable on any and all questions or concerns you may have. The product is very convenient for any large scale call lists. I also appreciate the feature to include notes and script templates for during your active calls.

Cons

If you don't already have your contacts set up in the correct format for importing, it can be a little tedious at first.

Overall, it's still worth the money to me. I see it in our talk time, quote volume and sales production. So, I think it pays for itself ten times over.

Pros

Call Logic is a more efficient way to run your business. Whether your agents are calling on data leads, or you have telemarketers, I think it's a great investment to improve contact rate, quote volume, and therefore sales production.

Cons

Cost. It's not cheap and pains me every year I renew. Prices aren't going down to say the least...

Only good things to say! Very happy with increased productivity and helps our team achieve our goals.

Pros

Call Logic has simplified the manual and mundane tasks of our outbound lead gen team so they can spend more time focused on connecting with prospects and less time on admin tasks. It is very easy to use, easy to set up, and easy to learn and has certainly increased our team's efficiency. The team at Call Logic has been super responsive and helps us quickly the few times we ran into issues. Definitely recommend, especially for the price point.

Cons

I wish we had the ability to record more voice messages and upload more lists.

The team at CL is wonderful. From onboarding to trainers to the support staff. Highly recommend! I initially had an issue recording my voicemails, but this was addressed almost immediately on the backend, and I was off and running!

Pros

Ease of use and customer support are excellent! I love the auto-dialer, which easily increases my productivity on outbound calls.

Cons

Not sure I have a con - so far the experience has been great. The only development improvement I might recommend would be to have the ability to update wrong numbers directly in CL and have that integrate back to PCR.

Overall, Call Logic is effective and the fastest way to dial a group of leads out of my lead manager platform.

Pros

Call Logic allows your producers to quickly dial a selected list of leads and move rapidly to the next dial.

Cons

The call disposition function isn't seamless and leaves some ambiguity about how the lead will be set for next scheduled activity.

Had some issues at the beginning, like all new things, but overall not a bad service. Relatively easy to use

Pros

Relatively inexpensive for what you get. I like the Cole Xdate feature; however, sometime it's always accurate with the information

Cons

a bit cumbersome on the management side. Issue with listening to ongoing calls and calls dropping in the middle of listening to calls
