Pros: It's great for communicating with my team and my clients. It has most of the features of other agency software, but at a fraction of the price. I like the task management and dependency, which some PM software lacks.

Cons: It lacks file upload capabilities, but we use Dropbox for that anyways. Team management is easy, but it could be easier if wanting to copy and paste teams.
