The software is top notch, the customer service is beyond anything I've every experienced. The paraben team whether the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], Sales, or tech support are always willing to assist and go above and beyond. Doesn't matter if its 9am on a Tuesday morning or Christmas eve, someone from the Paraben team is will to assist in a time of need. Cons The reports are a bit basis, I like to have the "wow" factor when presenting a report. Not sure how that could be changed.
