We either use this software or Punchbowl.. It gives you great graphics for your invitation and keeps track of your guest list in real time.

Pros

So easy to keep track of guests to your party.

Cons

Sometimes it doesn't send automatic reminders

GREAT PRODUCT, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR LARGE EVENTS. IT IS EASY TO MANAGE ATTENDANCE. NOTIFCATIONS COME EVERY TIME SOMEONE CONFIRMS OR DENIES THE INVITAION.

I LOVE HOW EASY IT IS TO SEE SEE WHO ALL IS COMING OR NOT OR MAYBE TO THE EVENT. IT WAS FUN TO PERSONALIZE AND CREATE THE INVITAIONS .

Cons

I DO NOT HAVE ANY REAL COMPLAINTS AOBUT THIS PRODUCT. I LOVED THAT YOU CAN SEND INVITATIONS MANY DIFFERENT WAYS; EMAIL, TEXT, ETC.

Reason for choosing Evite

I WANTED SOMETHING THAT PEOPLE WOULD RECOGNIZE WHEN RECEIVING THE INVITAION AND NOT THINK IT WAS SPAM INSTANTLY.

I like the variety of designs and ease of use. My son and I had a great time designing his birthday invitations. The designs were cute and whimsical.

Cons

I wish that there were more options available, especially for boys. Also, I wish they had more licensed designs.

Great FREE program and very EASY! Even a caveman could do it!

Pros

Love the ease of using this program to do invitations and especially for FREE! I am able to do monthly invitations without having to reinvent the wheel as it saves all my prior formats and the groups to invite. It is very easy to manuver--I can get an invite out in less than 10 minutes. I also love the reminder feature that it will send the invite out as many times as you desire!

Cons

I really don't have any complaints...I think it works well!

Coordinating events and ensuring all guests are invited. In addition, it automatically sends email reminders to hosts and guests and tracks RSVPs with ease.

Pros

I like the ease of use and how quickly you can create an invite for an event. I also like how easy it is to invite guests by connecting with your email contacts. Evite simplifies my event and meeting planning as well as assist me in keeping track of RSVPs and the list of attendees.

Cons

It is difficult sometimes to see which invites are premium. Sometimes I spend a lot of time on an invite only to find out there is a charge and I have to start over.

When planning our 150+ person wedding, we needed a streamlined and convenient way to have all folks RSVP. This was the obvious choice of software. It provided constant feedback and notifications about the status of our wedding party, and made out special day so easy.

I like that this software is easy to use and saves paper.

Cons

I don't like that it's littered with ill-formatted ads. The emails are difficult to look at and the site is even worse. The format of the site isn't user-friendly in my opinion.

I love throwing parties and using Evite! For starters, it is paperless which is great for the environment, but even better it is so much fun to use. There are many options to decorate your card and personalize it to make it yours! It also can move to make the card more interactive and entertaining. People I talk to love getting me Evite cards when I invite them somewhere.

I love everything about Evite! It is excellent.

Pros

Best feature is that it allows people to collect photographs from the event they attended. In the age of smartphones, it is useful to have a place where everyone can send their pictures. Ability to track RSVPs and maintain a head count for an event.

Cons

The process of inviting people is slow and cumbersome.

Love not having a paper trail...saving on stamps...addresses are then saved within the system for future use.

Pros

Our circle of friends has been using Evite for years. The ease of sending cute invitations, providing necessary information and tracking rsvp's has been invaluable. We've also started using the website to send cards for holidays, get well, and pick me ups. What a great surprise to open your email to something that brings a smile.

Cons

We have no complaints. Its a great day to receive an Evite from a friend, helping to celebrate someone's special day.

Easy to use interface. Can search through thousands of card options and send online to your invitees. Beautiful designs. Can also track who has responded to your invitations.

Cons

Would like cards to be a little more personalize-able. Haven't figured out if you can put in your own photos or add larger messages to them. Would like better tutorials on how to use more features of the website.

Pros

I like all of the different options that are available for the different evites that are sent out. It makes marketing an event look great and it keeps the "rsvp's" organized automatically so you don't need to worry about re-inviting someone.

Cons

Overall, this is a must use for activities from business meetings to birthday parties or play dates. It's a separate program to use to send out invites when I most commonly use Outlook Calendar.

We love how easy it is to send a fun and exciting invite to the team for special events. RSVPs are easy to receive and the fun customization options make the invites even more special! It super easy to track how many people are coming and the what to bring feature is super fun as well!

Cons

Premium or more creative invites come at a cost. We are just budget conscience but make the free invites work!
