Mailing invites and using stamps can be so time consuming and get expensive. That's why I love Evite, because it is so convenient and I don't have to keep up with RSVPs floating around on multiple pieces of paper.

Pros

Evite is so easy to use and I love to stay organized and keep track of who is coming to an event. It is also so easy to post a message or update and have everyone notified at once without reaching out to each individual... it saves so much time!

Cons

I have no complaints about Evite. I will keep using it for person as well as future business events because it is so convenient!

It is a great product for business or personal use. Great tool to set up and distribute invitations to different events and easy to keep a track of RSVP's. Highly recommend it.

The software is a great way for planning events minus the paper and it even provides thank you notes at the end for all who attended

Pros

Thus software worked perfectly when I planned a housewarming for my sister. The rsvps were calculated and notifications were sent out with each response . You have options of text or email to sent to guests .

Cons

There was nothing I could say I disliked about this software

Pros

I enjoy seeing who has RSVP'd and who hasn't.

Cons

My evite account doesn't always link when others send an evite with my email. I wish the email/cell phone numbers were linked.

My overall experience has been fantastic. It has kept all things in order.

Pros

I love this software. I am able to make and maintain all events that I have upcoming. And that all the guest suggestions I am notify. They are able to keep everything in one place.

Cons

The only con I have is figuring out how to use the mobile app correctly and be able to see everything on one screen.

Contactless invitations are wonderful. I use evite for my kids birthday party inviations. Evite has such cute themes and you can even send out reminders of the event.

Cons

No cons, but wish there were more free templates.

Great software that helps ease the stress of party planning.

Pros

Evite provides so much more than just receiving/sending invitations. It allows you to make a gift registry, comment on the event, post pictures after the event.

Cons

I think the interface could have a bit more inviting color scheme, however the actual invitations are adorable .

Super! So glad I found this app to use for events that I coordinate. It’s free and easy!

Pros

I used this software for the first time recently for an event at my church and it was free, easy to set up, and once I got the app I could just go check and see how many people signed up with a click of a button!

Cons

If I had to say something, my least favorite thing about the app was when I cancelled an event, it didn’t remove it from my profile. It just marked it cancelled. Not a big deal in the scheme of things though!

Evite is great for setting up invitations whether it be for business or personal. The software allows the invitation to be customized so that it suits the event such as making it professional for business or fun for personal.

Pros

I used to send out invitations for my daughters' birthday party. It's costly and time-consuming. Now I send all the invites electronically. It takes only a few minutes to make an invite. There are so many cute invitations to choose from. Then you can upload all contacts from your email to send out the invitation. It's really easy. You can also see who has viewed your invitation and also set it to remind people of the event.

Cons

I don't like the ads that pops up on the website.
