"Serious Timesheet Issues and Ongoing Reliability Problems"

**Overall:** Our overall experience has been very disappointing. While Ascora initially appeared to be a promising system, the ongoing timesheet failures have become a serious operational issue for our business. These problems are now causing lost revenue, payroll complications, and additional administration work. I also recommended Ascora to several other companies after signing up, including businesses that were using Fergus, ServiceM8, and Tradify. Unfortunately, some of those businesses are now experiencing the same issues and have questioned why I recommended the platform. I expected the system to improve over time, but the time-tracking problems have only become worse. At this point, the reliability issues have significantly undermined our confidence in the platform.

**Pros:** Ascora has a good overall concept and, when working correctly, it has the potential to be a strong job management system. The layout is generally useful, and the idea of having job details, scheduling, timesheets, reporting, and field staff information in one system is valuable for trade-based businesses.

**Cons:** The timesheet and time-tracking functions have become extremely unreliable. Auto check-in regularly creates multiple entries at once, fails to check staff in at all, and staff often cannot manually check into jobs. This has affected payroll accuracy, job costing, and our ability to correctly charge clients for time worked. We have had to resort to WhatsApp messages and separate spreadsheets to track hours manually, which defeats the purpose of using the system.
