The TeamMood group are always quick to respond when an issue arises and are proactive in reaching out for feedback. Pros The ease of setting up and logging daily moods for my team is excellent. It provides a great historical data base for review of team engagement, and when reviewed in more detail at our weekly team call spurs great conversation around what is impacting our ratings. On several occasions it has also targeted a great discussion on self-care/employee well-being, and reaching out for help when needed. Cons There really isn't much negative to say. Only comment I have so far is it would be nice to be able to look back at your prior moods logged to see your own personal trend over time in addition to the team views. Working in such a group with people from different teams you mostly don't know how "life" is for the individuals in their skill teams . This tool helps creating awareness of issues and non-issues and gives the opportunity to look out for individuals in a big organisation. It also strengthens the team spirit. Pros TeamMood was easily installed within my organisation and is also easy to use. I find it very useful to get a daily and weekly overview of how my team is doing (analytics, downloads and filters are easy to use) . The overviews help me understand where we might have problems and I can start to look for solutions with the team. I especially like the comments sections for further clarification and because each team member has the opportunity to get involved and support team members.
