Just simple to use, well admitted by users.

Overall: it's a simple tool, doing one thing and doing it good.

Pros: Comments are very appreciated within my team, we use them as "highlights" to illustrate our daily mood. Statistical reports are easy to analyse with nice colors and presentation . Online chats are great if you need some help.

Cons: Some minor functionalities are not Internet Explorer compliant , that is the only "bad" point of this tool.

Overall: fast, easy to use and fun!

A great tool for feeling the mood of the team especially on multiple locations

Pros: Very easy to put in place, user friendly and with very strict limitations that guaranty the privacy of the users.

Cons: Perhaps, I can mention some limitations on backend features (on the admin side) but it is real because this field is required.

Overall: This tool helps me daily on feeling the mood of my teams. These teams are geographically dispatched and it's very hard to see how people are feeling on the remote.
Thanks to TeamMood, I've been able to solve issues before they became important.

On the other hand, sometimes you think that a team is in trouble and it is not the case.

The good thing is also that the creator of TeamMood is very strict on the feature he implements on it and this ensures that it won't deviate from its original spirit.

Great idea and well implemented!

As a leader who cares about your team this is a great tool to understand them and help them improve.

Pros: It highlights issues your team may be having. It can give you good indications of days they may be more impacted as it can clearly show you a trend.

Cons: Be able to export the graphs not only the data. I have to generate the graphs manually and it's a bit inconvenient.

Overall: A richer conversation with my teams where we can transparently discuss issues and how collectively improve things for us.

A simple tool that lives up to its promise: Measuring your team's mood without being intrusive.

Pros: What I like most about TeamMood is its seamless non-intrusive way of capturing team feedback: It requires you to reply to one simple email everyday. You make two clicks and in 10 seconds you are set! The users is immediately rewarded with an insightful visualisation of his team's overall mood as well as its pogression over time.

Cons: I am really happy with the tool as it is right now. The analytics page might need a little revamp and stats beyond the average mood could be a great add on.

Overall: Thanks to TeamMood I gained interesting insights into our team's dynamics. I can pinpout hard times and joyful moments of individual colleagues and of our team as a whole. With TeamMood we have a now a mean to reflect upon our wellbeing at ekito.

Easy experience, with a few glitch from the web page when wanting to vote at the end of a day.

Pros: Fills a gap for my KPI, where team mood is a great factor for success. It is visual, it has an API for my KPI use. The team also likes it as they know their boss cares about their well being.

Cons: Somehow, and while it is easy to use, user engagement is not so easy to get. Out of 10 people, I have maybe half that do regularly, and the others not. I also think that somehow, spam filters do catch quite a few emails.

Simple, awesome product that does exactly what it promises ¿ no more, no less.

Pros: It's so freaking simple. Because it requires just 2 clicks, it's an easy habit to form. While the insights are fairly simple, sometimes all you want is top-level, at-a-glance data. I love that the data is available for everyone in the org to see. We used to pull up TeamMood every retrospective we held (after a sprint), just to scan for areas of tension or celebration. It's very helpful directionally. (And great for introverts.)

Importantly, their team listens. I once sent a 'meh, why not' type of product feedback and received a personal response from the founder within the day. The dashboard has improved quite a bit, the analytics and design are easy to understand.

While pricing is always subject to change, $1/user is the right number. We've had TM for nearly 2 years with no reason to let it go.

Cons: a) While it's easy to form a habit, it's easy to break, too. (I'm guilty of this.) When people forget, the data isn't as insightful when looking back for trends. An integration with Slack may help with a team like ours, though other apps do that already. b) As a small, co-located team of 10, we generally know how folks are feeling. This tool validates it. As more and more of us work remote (partially or fully), I think this will be a more important tool.

Overall: Visibility into the emotional health of my team. And because it's not a manager-only dashboard, everyone gets that benefit, too. It serves as a pulse check, either validating what we know or giving helpful cues to think about what causes a change. While the core benefit is bringing first-person, quantifiable measurement to your team's mood, the qualitative insights (comments) give the context needed to move past assumptions (like, why was this a better/worse day than others, and how do we more/less of that thing).

Wow. A gem.

Pros: A great instrument for scrum masters, team leads, agile coaches, agile hr... the health and happiness of a team is a leading indicator of happy customers

Cons: I'd love to see a slack integration. And also "scatter" diagram for the existing "average" plotting function.

Pros: The ease of use is the biggest pro. Everyone knows how to use it. Rating your day everyday becomes a habit and sort of addictive as well.

Cons: Could use more features to analyze trends and mood over the longer term. Export feature would be helpful as well. The daily mail might benefit a quote/picture of the day. Slack integration would be cool as well.

Overall: Gain a much better understanding of my colleagues and their mood.

Pros: First, the simplicity of the integration. You just need to add the email of your team to use the soft. Then, it is very easy to use. You just need one click per day. Finally, the fact that it is user oriented and not company oriented. That's pretty new!

Cons: The design of the daily email could be improved. Otherwise, the email could be more attractive and dynamic.

Overall: Better team spririt! Better attractivity

This is an incredibly useful tool for us with multiple teams, I highly recommend its use

Pros: Gives good insights into the teams mood over a period of time, the Analytics are good but you can extend them using the RESTful API to use in other BI tools and dashboards. It is also very useful for use in Retrospectives as a conversation starter. i.e. I notice the team mood has been decreasing in the past couple of sprints what is causing the downturn and what can we do to get back to our happy place.

Cons: don't seem to be able to delete team members just disable them, would be handy to be able to transfer people between teams rather than configure them twice and disable them in one team and enable them in another but this is a minor complaint.

Overall: The ability to spot trends when the team mood starts to drop or increase and taking appropriate actions, the fact that it is anonymous is also really good as it allows the teams to be able to be truly honest about how their day went. I love this tool, so simple but so effective. The comments section can also lead to some amusing posts .

TeamMood helps us to unlock some cultural barriers on sharing some good or bad feelings.

Pros: it's super easy to use
it's simple
it's anonymous
if you want to personnalize and explain your mood, you can add a comment (always anonymous)
everybody like it... now everybody need it
support of the TeamMood team is very good, reactive and opened to discussion.

Cons: "it doesn't forecast mood ;)
sincerely, I don't find any remarks as it fulfills the goal efficiently."

The tool is very easy to use and funny.

Pros: It's easy to use and easy to manage team settings. The different views, diagram and chart are really useful. Being able to add tags to people enable us to see the mood of a single team as well as the whole department. Thanks

Cons: It will be nice to attach a comment of a specific day. For example, mark this day as a celebration day ou a big bug bash day. So when we look the stats, we can explain why people were really happy, or sad, this day.

Overall: Overview of the entire department mood, spot unhappy teams and to talk with them to know why and take action.

Pros: Teammood provides a quick and simple forum for members of the team to show how well, or otherwise, they're coping with their day to day tasks. It only takes a few seconds for them to have their say, and declaring their status uses tools (clicking a radio button in a web browser, adding a voluntary comment) they're comfortable with using.

Overall: I get an indication of how comfortable the team are with their workload and stress levels, as well as giving the team a quick means of voicing any concerns.

Pros: I liked the ease of use and the daily email. The anonymity is nice also when reporting mood and the ability to give context around the mood.

Cons: I liked mostly everything about this software. The only complaint would be there was once a free app and now I find it hard to justify the cost to be my manager. Also a nice feature to add would be the ability for the adminstrator to add notes to the diff days. For instance July 10 - (release happened that took long) or team found and solved a hard defect!

Overall: We wanted to be able to track our team moods

Great tool to understand what's going on in your team. Gives insights you would never have without!

Pros: - Allows Anonymous mood collection
- Monitoring mood over time allows you to understand your team and colleagues.
- Ease of use, 2 clicks per day

Cons: There isn't much wrong with this software. The only problem is that it is a paid service and sometimes difficult to convince traditional managers to invest in "soft metrics".

Pros: It's easy to use and it's pretty neat to see the team members actually using the comments as another way to share and communicate.

Cons: Reporting still needs a bit of work. In an enterprise environment where your stuck with an old version of IE there are some features that just don't work as nice as with a good browser.

Overall: insights into how people are feeling. Gives me the opportunity to spot an engagement issue and talk things out with team members before things get out of hand.

This has helped us improve our overall associate experience

Cons: The inability to show an average response by team or as a whole.We need TeamMood to show results for both.

Overall: Improved associate experience.

Pros: - Registration only needed for the admin, user do not need to register
- Reliable, good looking with a lot of features
- Open API
- Easy to use

Cons: - Overview over all teams is missing - there is only one for every team
- Weekly update as mail is missing - it would be great to engage all the users, as they don not have logins.

Overall: A channel for our colleagues to tell everyone about the problems, mood and feelings. A tool to measure how well is which team.

Pros: The concept of course but also the way to implemente the tool, which is very easy. The design is simple and the price is low.

Pros: Simplicity, availability, fun. We can mix team. The tags are very useful, and the team takes fune to contribute every days. Statistic are very important for our retrospectives. The best feature for us are the comments which are so fun and useful to explain retrospectively sometimes.
the developper in always available to answers ou remarks. we feel a real care on usability on this tool.
