A channel for our colleagues to tell everyone about the problems, mood and feelings. A tool to measure how well is which team.

Pros

\- Registration only needed for the admin, user do not need to register - Reliable, good looking with a lot of features - Open API - Easy to use

Cons

\- Overview over all teams is missing - there is only one for every team - Weekly update as mail is missing - it would be great to engage all the users, as they don not have logins.

We are working on a complex and team mood helps us to share feedback between teams and domains when we don’t have the possibility to exchange on a daily basis. It also creates fun at the end of the day as it both signals it is time to finish work (or soon...) and some try to make funny jokes about what we experienced during the day.

Pros

Team mood helps capture feedback of a large team at the end of the day and share in real time and anonymously about what is going well or wrong :) It is easy to use and very rapid. You can’t miss any signal on when it is necessary to take some actions !

Cons

Maybe some new functionalities could be added to submit suggestions (suggestion box) or run some surveys on top of the daily and regular check that is available.

It is simple, playful and fantastic! Our team uses it actively! It has become a highlight of the day since we are always looking forward to reading some comments others have to say.

Submitting a daily mood is very easy and the dashboards are clear, to the point, and we use them exactly as presented each month in our Townhalls to see how we're all collectively feeling.

Cons

None; it does exactly what it needs to do, any more features over and beyond are continuned icing on the cake.

It really helps me know if my team mates are feeling okay, and gives us a way to communicate if we had a bad day without forcing us to talk about it. Plus, if someone does something nice for someone else, it'll usually be mentioned in that person's mood that day. Finally, it definitely proved people are happier when dogs visit the office!

Pros

It was an easy way to track how my colleagues were feeling, and provided a general idea of how my team and department were feeling. The anonymity helps people express their feelings more easily, it seems.

Cons

The fact that the notification to fill out the mood came after I had left work, but that is not on the software itself but our configuration.

The software is giving a lot of insight into your team. The major problem is keeping the team members engaged and make sure they update it every day. Especially on busy days people tend to skip... I still need to find a way to solve this.

Pros

It is a very easy to use tool to keep anonymously track of the mood of all team members. You receive an email every day in which you have to choose your mood. You can add some remark. You are very quickly and continue with your work.

Cons

The interface is very basic, but gets the job done. Maybe some more analytics could be added, like average mood per day of the week, so you could see if there is some pattern emerging.

Pros

Fills a gap for my KPI, where team mood is a great factor for success. It is visual, it has an API for my KPI use. The team also likes it as they know their boss cares about their well being.

Cons

Somehow, and while it is easy to use, user engagement is not so easy to get. Out of 10 people, I have maybe half that do regularly, and the others not. I also think that somehow, spam filters do catch quite a few emails.

Gives the team a very quick and easy to access snapshot of the teams mood - where are we doing well, and where might we need to pay some attention.

Some of the analytics are limited, but being improved. Team Mood seem very open to working with you.

Better team spririt! Better attractivity

Pros

First, the simplicity of the integration. You just need to add the email of your team to use the soft. Then, it is very easy to use. You just need one click per day. Finally, the fact that it is user oriented and not company oriented. That's pretty new!

Cons

The design of the daily email could be improved. Otherwise, the email could be more attractive and dynamic.

Enjoyed and benefited from the opportunity to review different moods and mine. It has been a good tool to help measure this.

Pros

The anonymity to discuss and post how individuals are feeling about the pandemic, working environments and general approach to lockdown.

Cons

The tool would benefit from more detailed analytics (i.e. in depth trend analysis to support the data collated) resilience tools that are available to cope with overexposure to stressful events).

good, would like moods to appear faster

Pros

Easy to use, can sent up notifications to have email reminder for employees to express mood of the day

Cons

can take some time to update. For example if i submit my mood, i do not see it until later. By then i do not come back to look at the moods for the day, I just look at it the next day.

Pros

It's perfect to monitor team feeling and feedback anonymously so they speak out freely. Helpful with offshore teams especially during covid to know who they are doing and how they feel. Helpful also in decision making to retain employees or adjust ur project plan if needed

Cons

Moderating it is somehow limited. As administrator I expect more easiness in adjusting errors without going back to TeamMood team.

Pros

I love that you can see how you and your team feel on a weekly/monthly basis and adjust as needed. Its amazing as you forget sometimes how hard or fun a week or two weeks ago was.

Cons

Not currently able to update the text that the email sends out. Would be nice to make it fit more of our culture but my team understands.

Get an insight in the team's happiness. If the mood drops, you can investigate the causes. A happy team is a productive team. Team Mood helps with that.

Pros

Easy to use, little effort for the team members to enter their sentiment for the day, and to add comments if required. Reporting tool is great. We periodically go through the comments, and have a great time identifying who has written what. Fun team exercise.

Cons

The team like using it, so we can't think of anything at this point in time that could improve the tool.

Pros

Simple to use, helps me focus on up coming issues or trends. Give me a good overview of how my team and the company wider teams are feeling. Gives you a clear easy overview. I really like to new section where you can comment back on messages seen.

Could do with a few more features where maybe we could offer advice if needed or point people in the right direction.
