Cons

Da wir es noch nicht so lange benutzen, gibt es derzeit noch nichts negatives!

I have enjoy very much the tool, by looking the graphic and comparing with week feeling, gives clues to understand what happens. My impression, it should be very useful for understanding and act over projects / operations teams.

Pros

It's easy to use, sends you an e-mail reminder to assign your mood every day and is anonymous.

Cons

As I used only my own, it was very controlled atmosphere, so not how to review this item.

fast, easy to use and fun!

Pros

Comments are very appreciated within my team, we use them as "highlights" to illustrate our daily mood. Statistical reports are easy to analyse with nice colors and presentation . Online chats are great if you need some help.

Cons

Some minor functionalities are not Internet Explorer compliant , that is the only "bad" point of this tool.

Pros

The best thing about Teammood is the well prepared analytics part. " Moods Distribution By Day" is my perfect helper to react quite fast if something in the team went wrong.

Cons

It is quite hard to check who didn't fill his or her daily mood in. So you need to look who wrote when his or her last mood and when he or she should wrote one.

Pros

Super easy to get teh team to use it (just a click on a link from an email)! The interface is clear and managing your teams is a breeze. Comments are more useful than what one may think.

Cons

For teams that iterate for say, 2 weeks sprints, it could be easier to follow the evolution of the team's mood over time.

Leading indicator of my team's performance

Pros

A great instrument for scrum masters, team leads, agile coaches, agile hr... the health and happiness of a team is a leading indicator of happy customers

Cons

I'd love to see a slack integration. And also "scatter" diagram for the existing "average" plotting function.

It made easy the feedback gathering from the team, and it helps a lot to focus the retrospectives.

Pros

Easy to use, easy to gather useful information

Cons

Metrics and charts are not customizable, it would be nice to add some filters: by date, by Sprint or something like this. And even it is a great tool, the value for money for big teams is not so good, it would be nice to have a standard price per team even with large number of members.

I'm not an historical user of this tool, but by using this tool our inside team communication is today much easier. We were able to anticipate some essential question.

Pros

The anonymisation is the most important feature of TeamMood, every one can expose his feelings

Cons

Today we cannot create sub-teams into our team. But i've been told this feature is on it's way......
