It's a major step forward from traditional AR processes; less manual work, fewer errors, and better client communication. Once properly implemented and adopted by internal teams, it creates real value. The platform is especially strong if you're scaling your finance operations or working with high volume of customers who expect self-service options. Pros The customer portal it's intuitive and lets customers see invoices, payments history, and disputes in one place. The automation and payment reminders make it so easy. It works smoothly with my ERP integrated. Cons While the platform is powerful, initial onboarding took time. Training is essencial especially for teams not used to digital AR platforms. Ocasionally, the system lags when handling large volumes of data or switching between modules quickly.
