### "Zendesk brings peace to your company"

Great product; sets the industry standard.

Pros

Zendesk is a central base for all of your documentation and support needs. The tool allows you to provide articles, chat support, general communication, and manage all of it with professional analytics. A tool like this can revolutionize a company's support team.

Cons

My only complaint is that the knowledge base comes together with other services; while that wound up being a good thing for us, we initially only wanted a knowledge base and couldn't purchase it separately.

I used it mostly for the public API and it's great, when I used the front-end app it felt a little tricky to use.

Pros

\- It helps on CRM if not used as one. - It has default reports but allows you to creat your own. - Customizable fielda can be added. - It has a public API to implement on your own TI products

Cons

\- It is not that comprehensible, it could improve on that - It would be great to allow to add more than one account to manage the issue tracking.

This product while may be good for some people with web design experience, it wasn't a good fit for a beginner like me.

Pros

there were many options and the product was inexpensive. Customer support was so so. Might be good for someone more experienced.

Cons

I found the product difficult to use for use in designing my webstore. But again i am a beginner so others may be ok with it.

Cons

No particular complaints. We had some issues with an email notification once, but it was quickly fixed by the customer service

I love the functionality of Zendesk. I've used it in multiple industries and each time it was able to be used differently, tailored to that industry.

Cons

The ui could use a bit of a revamping,i feel like it's a little too muted and it can be difficult to quickly navigate

Pros

Lots of features, and decently straight forward to use. The front end is pretty intuitive but the behind the scenes functionality is not so straight forward.

Cons

Some of the features don't work 100% of the time. Sometimes the link between the separate portals severs and you have to create duplicate accounts.

When I came on board to startup a Support Desk I didn't have a tool to track work. That is when I found Zendesk. I like the ease of use.

Cons

The different subscription services are a little wonky. They should offer better reporting in the smaller subscription packages.

Pros

Zendesk is a great help desk solution for larger teams that are growing. There are a lot of intgration options and the triggers and SLAs are a huge bonus.

Cons

Zendesk is messy and unintuitive. The design is all over the place and it's clunky. Their teir one support is also less than helpful in most cases.

### "Outdated Clunky App With Bad Customer Service"

This is an outdated app, with lots of duct-taped features that make the overall product clunky and in need of cleaning. The team needs to sit down and make a big cleanup session where new features building is frozen and lots of time is instead spent on streamlining the product. The customer service I've received was surprisingly late and under-par for a company that prides itself on leading the customer service revolution. Negative experience on the two vectors that matter most to me when purchasing and using a SAAS tool: product and customer service.

Pros

Lots of features, very difficult to navigate, activate, and use both as an admin and user.

Cons

Bad customer service, outdated paradigms, weak bloated product, bad user experience.

Pros

It would be hard to find another ticketing system that is as robust as Zendesk. It can pretty much do anything that any other system can do.

Cons

I think it is expensive compared to other systems. This is limited to ticketing and is not a CRM package. It may work great scaled to an enterprise level client, but it seems to be overkill for small to medium businesses. The ticketing system has all the features that you would want in a ticketing system; however, from a business perspective you would need to layer on other tools.

Our experience with Zendesk has been fantastic overall. Customer support is good, and the product is stable. It does what it does very well overall.

Pros

Zendesk is great at what it does! This software makes it easy to track and stay on top of support requests. The ticketing system works well, and the ticket management part of the system makes it painless to communicate with customers in need of help.

Cons

The system itself has a very generic look and feel. It obviously doesn't need to be fancy to do its job well, but a bit more aesthetically pleasing user interface might make it a little less intimidating looking to clients looking for support.

I used this when part of a small organisation. For them, it was an excellent solution. I think that a larger enterprise - provided it was better organised - would find it to be an excellent solution for consumer relations.

Pros

I really enjoyed that inquiries would come to and could be dealt with straight from my email inbox.

Cons

I don't necessarily think that this was the software's fault - rather organisational miscommunication - but sometimes more than one person would deal with the same inquiry and (when it happened) it would cause confusion.

Pros

ZenDesk is amazing peas of software which help businesses to communicate with their customers in a whole new way! With an intuitive UX and a lot of features, you can set up your goals, SLAs and business triggers/actions in no time. There are no questions at all. Everything is right there where you expect it! I love this application and for sure will recommend it to my future customers

Cons

The only thing I have a recommendation is to review the pricing. Some of our customers are with thinner budgets and they are searching for alternatives, which makes my business life harder (i need to learn new software)
