Pros

This is a very good product for keeping track of tickets. End users can easily track their issues and see what state they are in (if updated by developer). Most modifications are very easy. Interfaces great with JIRA.

Cons

Some of the features are difficult to turn off, or impossible to turn off, so you are stuck with them. Most don't interfere with performance, but they are a pain to navigate around.

Pros

Easy system to use to track support tickets from clients and other employees. It's a pretty easy system to set up and maintain.

Cons

Internal notes are a little confusing as well as needing to send the ticket back to the client for more info. If I need to send the ticket back for more info my options are open, pending, or complete. Needing more info doesn't fall into any of those categories.

Cons

The price got too high on th recent years, which its something that in a Country like Portugal, its really expensive paying so much for this service.

Pros

Easy to setup and configure, big community forum to gain more knowledge of the product. Integrates easily with various third-party components. Outstanding customer support provided by Zendesk

Cons

it would be good if you could configure some of the Ticket Status's but that is not a big thing.

Pros

We use this product every day as our "ticketing system" at work. We are able to give employees their own login, they can work on their own projects, etc. One of the most underrated parts of this software is the capability to use triggers and filters. Makes work much easier!

Cons

Can be a little confusing to use at first, but the learning curve is very short and well worth it! This software is amazing.

Until now we only find them, and there is no need to shop around while they offer optional tarrifs and it is OK to stick with them

Pros

The user interface is very convenient to use both for support agents as well as customers. The prices are also quite affordable as well.

Cons

The Zendesk system updates are not quickly reflected in their documents and due to this it becomes quite difficult to use some features or modify some settings which were managed in a different manner before the update.

Easy setup up for support email system. Easy set up and maintenance of support webiste.

Pros

I love how easy it is to set up a support environment that records information. I also love the knowledgebase template and ease of creating a support site.

Cons

Occasionally I want to do something more involved and it's not always easy to find the relevant information, but all I have to do is contact support and they help me out.

Price is pretty high, most great features are available just in the high priced plans. Do not like their customer support, you should look for most answers on the peer support forum.

Pros

Ticketing, reporting, integrations with social and amazon are all critical for the success of our customer care team.

I can't really think of anything. Maybe that it leaves unread messages on some platforms which lead to double responses or a lot of "did you answer this"

in a nutshell, it makes my day to day work easier :)

Pros

I like the way it organises tickets and the multiple options you have for creating, processing and work on them. One of my favourite things is automations and triggers they are simple but very powerful and can be used in combination with extensions and other features which gives you so much flexibility. Another thing that I really like is the support for Liquid markup. That way from a same trigger/template I can cater for different use-cases making triggers and workflows easier to maintain and much more powerful.

Cons

The lack of a native round-robin assignation (which can be overcome though) and Guide could do with more levels for categorisation (currently only three levels are supported - category, section and article).

Overall it's a great software and helps make your job a little less stressful.

Pros

I used this product for the first time about two years ago and I had never heard of it before. I loved how easy it was to use and adjust to. Part of my job was frequently sending emails and we were able to make quick keys for just about anything and they saved us so much time!

Cons

N/A No complaints, I really did enjoy it and there wasn't a time I was frustrated with it. Sometimes I would need to search for a specific email and I was always able to find it. Pretty cool software.
