We've been able to successfully look after clients visiting our website and manage their queries and concerns without any difficulties.

Pros

Using the platform on a daily basis is quite straightforward. Chats are archived in a reasonable manner, and user tracking is pretty good.

Cons

Trying to monitor and analyse historical activity is quite limited and could be developed for additional functionality.

Pros

I really like that it is very easy to integrate into the software and workflow that you already have and it is pretty easy to train people on how to use it.

Cons

It is pretty pricey for what you're getting depending on the tier of the service that you bought. Is it really worth it? Probably not, but the ease of use and integration puts it above other services.

Utilizzo il software da poco, per una scelta aziendale ha sostituito da qualche mese l’assistenza via mail. Fin da subito ho apprezzato l’interfaccia semplice e la velocità di ricezione dei ticket. Soddisfatto!

Pros

Fornire assistenza in modo rapido ai clienti delle aziende è essenziale, e con Zendesk la lavorazione dei ticket è davvero veloce grazie alla sua interfaccia intuitiva

Good experience. No complaints other than the price of the product.

Pros

We're not using everything that we could with Zendesk and it does the job well. There are many features available however it's all pay to play so we haven't used them.

Cons

For what we need it for, using for customer support of Shopify sites, it's expensive and there are other less expensive options out there.

Pros

We love using Zendesk to document help tickets from employees to our IT support department. We have noticed improved time in tickets being closed and employee productivity increasing. The quality of service for employees has increased with little effort from the support team staff. Makes it easier for them to organize requests and interact with multiple departments.

Cons

I do not have any cons with Zendesk. They require that I type something so I will say that not so far!

Pros

We did not have an up to date easy to manage system set-up to manage customer requests before using Zendesk. Now it is easy to stay organized. Now we can sort by tags and themes and track the response status, leading to a better experience for the customer.

Cons

It took a while to get used to working with Zendesk, it is not always self explanatory and the customer service could be better reachable.

We really like Zendesk and it's a pleasure to use across all of the apps.

Pros

I've used different ticketing systems before, but Zendesk stands out as a really nice to use platform due to its interface and UX.

Cons

Some menus, options and features are hidden within the settings menu, which requires the administrator to delve into the settings page to get the most out of their platform.

Very poor. The salesman was supportive and energetic when he signed us up. After we signed a year contract ALL support disappeared. You cannot get anyone on the phone at this company. User interface was basic at best. Make sure to read the fine print in the contract or you will be paying for additional years.

Pros

There was very little to like about this software, It was primitive compared to Zoho which I successfully used for many years.

Cons

Interface was very basic. Seemed light years behind our previous CRM

What we liked the most is the capability to create agents and centralize all the social media and other applications like whatsapp communication via Zend Desk. We have one place in which we manage all the communication efficiently.

Cons

Some of the third party integrations are not very easy to set up and there are few bits of the documentation that is outdated.

Pros

It is the simplest to understand and to begin implementing without much hassle.

Cons

Firstly, the first tier of subscription does not have any phone or chat support. So if it is the first time you are going to use a system like this, you are on your own sorting out issues, despite all the articles available. Secondly, when you do have a higher tier of subscription, they still take forever to respond to your requests over email. I had to call on multiple occasions to follow up on the issues I needed help with.

Zendesk is easy and intuitive to use, and provides a great solution for CRM in our real estate business. We have it set up to sync with our internal helpdesk email address and Facebook tickets, and this works seamlessly.

Nothing - it is a great solution for small companies with a helpdesk system.

I integrate Zendesk with my mobile application. you just show a "need help" text box to your user. send that data through Zendesk API, ticket will be generated. and you can keep track how your team solved user needs!

Pros

• this software can be integrated anywhere easily (i integrate with my mobile apps) • Zendesk provide nice grouping • those grouping can be converted to nice analytic and reporting emails

Cons

• from what i heard from the one that makes deals, this one a little bit pricy. • other than that, i have no complain

Pros

Ease of use made sure the implementation in our company went very smoothly. Our team was very quick to adopt and master the app which helped us improve our bottomline very fast. Fast return on investment, better service to our clients. Very good things.

Cons

My so far only problem (apart from the app being quite expensive) is that there is no way in my price plan to customize the emails being sent without programming the entire email myself. a simple plain text, htlm or rich text option might already do the trick for me and this is not possible. which is a shame as it would be quite easy in my opinion
