Su punto clave es al atencion al cliente que nos a permitido optimizar nuestros recursos, muy facil de implementar y administrar y es personalizable para adpatarlo a nuestras necesidades, tiene un increible equipo de soporte para la solucion de problemas.

Cons

Es costoso tener habilitado todas la opciones, hace falta un organizador por fecha para la busqueda de incidentes, a veces se vuelve lento al abrir varios tickets al mismo tiempo.

Pros

Zen desk is a convenient tool for us to use to just our analytics company. it allows customers to log a ticket through the portal and provides the ability for us to assign tickets to the appropriate agent to be dealt with in a timely manner. Follow up through the application makes it super easy to use, and allows the tracking of incident to be done with ease. It has made issue tracking much easier and i dont think we would be where we are without this tool

Cons

the chat and ticket response function does not seem to work with all browsers. This can sometimes be a little frustrating, however it is easy enough to work around

I use it on several of my websites, really good live chat app.

Pros

Easy of use, great options, plenty of ways to customize and the best part for me is the fact that it is free, and if one needs to move past the free tier service, there are well priced options to choose from.

Cons

You can only setup one free account per e-mail address, it would be nice to have at least three free users per e-mail. Specially for small companies, that are interested in providing this option on their websites.

For a company that makes technical support software, their own technical support is terrible. Zendesk finally responded to my support request to them on Saturday, making it eight calendar days since I submitted it. The agent cited "high ticket volume." That's not a valid excuse. We certainly couldn't get away with that. Nor WOULD we. "Hey, sorry your money's messed up. We've been busy." The product itself is great, it integrates with our CRM and other systems well. But good luck getting timely help.

Pros

Ease of use, good macros for frequent issues.

Cons

Terrible customer support.

Cons

The setup takes some work to get the workflow fit for your environment. But once it is set you can rest easy.

Cons

It is difficult to personalize the tickets that go to customers. Sometimes those that respond don't see others cc'd on the tickets.

Pros

I loved the exceptional chat support system of the software which also had the feature of their queue status.

Cons

Zendesk seems to be comparatively more expensive than other alternatives. Moreover, service implementation can be hectic. The glittery software from outside do have some flaws but the huge problem will be the price which is a lot in comparison to similar other platforms.

If you have large complex needs when it comes to your customer communication, Zendesk is a great solution and will likely be able to handle everything. Otherwise, I'd probably look elsewhere.

Pros

Zendesk is a really powerful program, it can basically do anything you need and handle very intricate workflows.

Cons

The problem is, it's TOO powerful for our smaller organization (a little under 20 FTE). So while the software itself isn't bad, it's just wasn't a good fit for us.

Pros

We started using this software recently last year, and ever since as developers it has helped us in solving the customers issues. With zendesk suite we are able to see which tickets have been worked upon and which haven't which has made work for us easier.

Cons

Reducing on costs of zendesk suite would be good. This software is good but unfortunately can be afforded by majorly big companies, small growing companies are left out from this service because of cost of the software.

Great app for teams that deal with a lot of customer issues and from different sources (chats, calls, e-mails, etc).

Pros

You get most of the information – from calls, sales, messages, chats, etc. – all in one place, and Zendesk does a good job at organising it all. Also, ticketing system works just fine and is easy to use. It even has a sales automation system if you need it. It's definitely a go-to app for businesses to manage their customer issues, specially for big and medium-sized companies.

Cons

It can be a bit complex to use and implement at first; the interface is not particularly simple, but honestly that's OK given its many features.

Resolve tickets from customers and providers as it is a marketplace company.

Pros

I like the fact that I have the option to resolve my tickets in a very simple interface. I select it, respond and resolve tickets quickly.

Cons

I wish the interface had a tutorial that I could go to and quickly get familiar with it. If it is already there, I couldn't find it and I had to take the help of a friend but once that was done it was simple. I don't like the fact that the YOU tab does not show the tags that I am supposed to take care of but everything else is great.

Pros

I love that it is an efficient helpdesk system - very easy to use, respond to queries, and monitor progress of complaints. Running a small business means you are in a critical stage of building your customer pool and making sure that you provide excellent customer support- that's what Zendesk is all about. Making sure that you're on track and nothing falls through the cracks!

Cons

I receive double notifications sometimes which can be confusing especially if you already closed the ticket. Sometimes, the issue was already resolved but then I receive a notification about it.
