Easy to use.

Pros

I use Zendesk when I have questions about our reservation software. Instead of calling, selecting options for sales, technical support, etc...I can leisurely log into Zendesk to ask any questions I have.

Cons

At the moment, I've had no negative experience.

Cons

Pros

Zendesk has live information for you to pick up trends and any new type of requests. It is a great tool to keep track of spikes in requests. It has many integrations with other apps. Zendesk API will help you get the numbers over to other platforms or services.

Cons

Zendesk will take some time to load or may become sluggish from time to time. It might have a steep learning curve.

Pros

Easy to use and keep yourself accountable with email follow-ups and task-based action items. Easy to work internally with notes and integrating with personal email for consistent accountability.

Cons

Some occasional bugs with ticket times, but overall very user-friendly and vital for the success of a healthy support team.

Our LMS vendor uses Zendesk to manage help desk tickets. I'm our LMS administrator, so I spend a lot of time on Zendesk tracking the progress of those tickets.

Pros

I like that it's in the cloud and multiple users can access it in order to view and track the progress of help desk tickets.

Cons

In using Zendesk to track trouble tickets, you can add additional users to CC on emails that are sent out about the tickets. However, those emails don't show who is CCed -- and I'm not entirely confident that the people I request to be CCed are actually receiving the emails.

Zendesk was crucial to our customer support team. It provided a lot of functionality that cannot be seen in other apps.

Pros

It is a powerful app that has ALOT of features. Chat, text, email, call, it does it all. Zendesk also has automations that play a key part in reducing workload without minimizing the quality of support a company can provide.

Cons

It is bloated and can be tedious to setup and tweak.

Zendesk is great and really helps me dig into my accounts at a different level by seeing if there are any support needs.

Pros

We work with a lot of instructors that use our products with students. Students often state They submitted support tickets zendesk makes it easy for me to track and ticket by school and find any trends or common issues to address quickly

Cons

There are different levels of access and admin levels . At my level I can be tagged but I can’t tag which seems like a feature anyone should have and it slows me down sometimes

The design and UI make navigating Zendesk a pleasant experience. It's easy to find what I'm looking for and the screen never feels cluttered. Finding the right macros and fields to file tickets is pretty seamless.

Cons

The price is a bit steep. The product is worth it but that price point isn't optimal for smaller companies looking for a customer support solution.
