The format that the ticket comes back in. Very hard to keep track if you have more than one person responding to an issue

Cons

Integration with other SaaS was not easy since APIs and customer information were not integrated natively with other SaaS.

Pros

Very intuitive in-email management of tickets. Easy for customers to use - customer service is made simple.

Cons

Support is somewhat lacking. Issue now solved but flags were only given days after an incoming website enquiry, causing some leads to slip through. This has been amended with some difficulty.

We got benefit from its connections to other SaaS tools when we had a big customer service crisis in terms of alerting management and teams.

Pros

It has really cool UIs. Learning curves is too short. It has helpful community and add-ons. Also it plays well with other SaaS tools.

Cons

If you are small or medium-sized company, it is really affordable but if you are a large enterprise , prices go higher significantly.

Pros

Great for both internal and external communication . You can also leave internal notes visible for select few, while your public reply is visible for everyone .Being able to add email signatures is also a big pro .

Cons

It crashes from time to time and doesn't always save the changes you do . The app also occasionally restarts by itself .

Zendesk needs a lot more U.S. based customer support agents that fluently speak and/or understand the English Language. My overall experience is horrible!

Pros

Can occasionally get great customer service.

Cons

Most online sites I use daily, use Zendesk as their customer service control panel and it usually takes weeks to receive a response from customer service when there's an issue with the particular site I am on.

Zendesk have split up their services into different sections so you may end up having to pay for things that other companies would include all under one roof.

Cons

Some features seem to be flaky and settings will reset to default randomly at times. It could also use some more advanced functionality around metrics.

Customer relations is all about efficiency. How fast, and how well can you respond to issues and inquiries. Zendesk is cutting that time and raising that efficiency. It organizes all the aspects of customer relations into one platform that is easy, bright and helpful.

Pros

The all in one platform style. There is so much to balance with customer service for a company and this makes it so much easier.

Cons

There were some issues integrating with my system since we used a previous one that had a difference interface.

Zendesk was used as the primary "support" comm after the launch of an app I was involved with. There were very few complaints about the ease of use or glitching during the hectic hours after the release of the app. Overall, this was a well-priced help desk solution for a small team managing very general feedback/support questions about a mobile app.

Pros

Any member of the team was able to begin using it and answer questions, so a huge pro is ease of use. The pricing was ideal for what we are looking for.

Cons

For enterprise SAAS, it might be more expensive than what we used it for, but you get what you pay for, so that shouldn't be a deterrent. Support is one of the most crucial elements of a business and I would pay for the more expensive packages if needed.

Overall, mediocre.

Pros

Zendesk is good because of its ticketing system. This allows internal teams to handle issues on a case by case basis.

Cons

The UI is lacking and needs to be more seamless. There shouldn't be entire blank pages where you need to navigate to another area. There needs to be suggestive portions that allow you to see other areas of the tools.
