My overall experience is positive. Zendesk Suite is an industry-leading customer service platform that scales effortlessly. It provides support teams with the tools needed to streamline workflows, maintain high customer satisfaction, and scale help desk operations effectively.

Pros

What I like most is its intuitive ticket-routing system and comprehensive omnichannel capabilities. It unifies customer interactions across email, chat, phone, and social messaging into a single agent workspace, boosting support efficiency.

Cons

What I like least is its add-on pricing model. Advanced features, like robust reporting, detailed automation rules, and AI capabilities, are often locked behind higher tiers or paid add-ons, causing costs to escalate quickly for growing teams.

Overall, my experience with Zendesk Suite has been overwhelmingly positive, with its intuitive interface and robust features making it a reliable tool for managing customer support requests. I've appreciated the seamless integration and customization options, but occasional technical glitches have prevented me from giving it a full 5-star rating.

Pros

Zendesk Suite's ticketing system works well enough for our team, with features like customizable views and assignees making it pretty solid for tracking issues.

Cons

I'm not a huge fan of the UI clutter when creating a new ticket, but it's not a huge deal and our team's learned to navigate it after a few weeks.

To be honest, Zendesk Suite has been the most reliable customer service platorm ever. The experience is phenomenal.

Pros

Zendesk Suite is an outstanding customer service platform that has impressive and friendly features. I like the ease of customization of Zendesk Suite.

I have cut down my usage of zendesk suite quite a bit. Because of the inital complexity, and the Forever, forever, ongoing cost, we are building our own internal crm system that does the same thing, but we will outright own it forever.

Pros

I do like how it funnels all contact channels into one central platform, 'bringing it all together', which really helps with customer care.

Cons

Like so many others today, I do not like the subscription based model. The features work pretty well, but still, there was a steep learning curve for it.

I'm just happy that Live Call Monitoring actually works (so I can monitor a new user who may be having some problems within their first couple minutes) of using the system.

Pros

It keeps all of our pharmacist’s schedules intact. No longer do we need to run two separate applications for both chat and phone calls. To be honest, it is relatively fast as long as we are not currently on an active call and clicking through.

Cons

My biggest frustration is the fact that sometimes after opening the Agent Desktop my status becomes “Working” or “Rejected,” but I am unable to toggle it back to “Available.” The custom reports are somewhat difficult to develop.

Zendesk Suite has been a reliable tool for our customer support needs. It's generally intuitive, making daily interactions smooth, though some advanced features take a bit more time to master. Overall, it significantly streamlines our workflows and helps us manage client requests efficiently.

Pros

I really appreciate how Zendesk Suite brings all our customer interactions into one place. Email, chat, social media – it's all there, which makes managing tickets so much easier for our support team. The agent workspace is pretty solid and helps us keep track of everything without jumping between different systems.

Cons

And the reporting capabilities could be a bit more intuitive. It took a bit to figure out how to pull some of the more custom metrics we needed and the dashboards can feel a little cluttered sometimes. It's not a huge deal but there's definitely room for improvement there.

We have used Zendesk since the early days, when it was geared towards small businesses. It was a leader at the time, but has since been surpassed by other similar suites. Unfortunately, moving away from it is far from simple - we are locked in. So many basic feature requests have been ignored in favour of those supporting larger organisations.

Pros

Helps us keep customer support issues organised and provides a means to publish our help documentation.

Cons

There are so many missing features that it's hard to pick. Top issue is that the Support views (of tickets) do not automatically refresh. This has been requested for 8+ years. In 2026, you still have to refresh the browser page to see new/updated tickets!

My overall experience with Zendesk Suite has been positive. It has helped improve communication with customers and made it easier to track and resolve support requests. The setup process was smooth, and the platform provides useful features for managing emails, tickets, and team collaboration. It offers good value for organizations looking for a centralized customer support solution.

Pros

Zendesk Suite makes it easy to manage customer conversations from different channels in one place. The interface is straightforward, and the ticketing system helps keep requests organized. The reporting features and automation tools save time and improve team communication.

Cons

Some advanced features take time to configure, and the pricing can increase as additional functionality is added. New users may need some training to fully understand all available options.

We switched from Freshservice to Zendesk Suite because it offered better ticket management, stronger automation features, and a more flexible customer support workflow. It also made it easier to manage customer communication across multiple channels from a single platform.

In real estate, tracking is crucial. Managing both the company and requests in a single program saves us time. It makes the client happy, and we're happy too.

Pros

I can easily track all processes from end to end. Customer complaints and requests are all under one roof.

Cons

Perhaps the interface could be changed. But this isn't a bad thing, it's just a suggestion. As it is, it's both easy to use and functional.
