Pros This software is very easy to use and can handle all of the departments we need it for! The customer service is absolutely excellent!!!!! Cons This software in our terms has no weakness hardly at all. It runs smooth with no issues. The only thing is that it does so much that we are unsure of all of it's capabilities. Pros Ease of Use and reports that can be run so we can track everything from year to year. I am a numbers person and I like to stay on top of everything we have going on. Total Control Software allows you to customize your status codes the way you want them so you can track a customer active work order throughout the entire work order so when the customer calls anyone can look instantly and give the customer a update on how there unit is coming along. This is just one of many things this software has going for it customer service is very important to us here and we like not having to go ask whoever is working on the unit how it coming. Cons All software has issues but when you find something Total Control allows you to email them with the problem you have found and there team works to make sure all issues are taken care of before there next update.
