boosting our on line review ratings

Pros

We are able to send out review requests quickly, immediately after job is complete. Customer more likely to send review when experience is fresh in their minds

Cons

We have had a few clients that were unable or unwilling to open the links. They were uncomfortable creating a log-in to send review. This could be user error as well, as others have had no problems.

I had a good experience using podium. it is a great software with just a couple minor features it would be excellent.

Pros

Super easy to use, keeps you organized as well.

Cons

You are not able to send mass texts to multiple numbers.

Podium facilitates the process to ask reviews to customers, thus increasing the validation for your service

Cons

It doesn't allow to receive detailed feedback from customers on specific features, for that you will need a survey service

I'm a small retail vintage furniture company. The sales pitch was excellent. The onboarding extremely poor - missed two scheduled calls, overly complex and time consuming.

Cons

Poor business etiquette - I have been unable to use any aspect of Podium. It's been an entire waste of my time. I have been trying to cancel for over two weeks and have been getting the run-around by Customer Support, Customer "Success," and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\].

So far I haven’t noticed anything that may stand out . It emails me for products I purchased so that’s a plus

Very user friendly. Gives user the ability to write reviews and customer has option to viewing the review.

Cons

I'd like to see Podium add a service where they respond to positive reviews on behalf of the dealership and provide suggested responses to bad reviews which the dealer could accept, reject, or edit and post.

It's fine for what it does, but it could be more user friendly

Pros

Enables us to text customers and offer an option for a review of our services, allows us to use templates instead of typing things out each time

Cons

It's awkward to use. If a client goes by the middle name, it wont allow us to use the middle name, if there are 2 borrowers, we cant use both names on the text we can only use one, you can "close" conversations which makes them difficult to find later on

The ability to directly communicate with our customers in the way the they are most comfortable. It's an added bonus that it saves our staff time in communication.

Cons

The transition between app on the phone and the desktop has a bit of a learning curve but overall we have no complaints!
