great user experience, they are always improving the software. unlike some competitors i really like how you can see customers engagement on the review invite sent.

Cons

it is a costly service compared to competitors. you can't use the service for just review generation, they make you get the messaging feature as well

Pros

Not sure as I haven’t had a working product.

Cons

The sales process is great when they are trying to get you signed up. However after 3 months of paying for the product it still was not functional and had not been set up correctly. When trying to get a resolution they simply ignore you.

Overall it's been easier opening one app consistently instead of 4

Pros

Facebook and text inquires come to the same app

Cons

The search function only works for customer names not the body of the message (we get a lot of daily inquiries and sometimes we need to search for information given not a name). We you got to use a new line for responding it does not default to using a capitol letter. The storage to sift through closed messages is only a week. We cannot reassign a message to a different location if it comes from Facebook.

Pros

The first thing you notice with Podium is all of the care taken to make it very user friendly and nice to look at. This just make it all the better to use, especially when compared with other similar products. The design is very well done with current online design trends. As for the functionality, Podium has allowed me to easily manage product reviews and feedback. With the many customizable options and features, this has made my life and job so much easier. I couldn't live without Podium now that I have it.

Cons

Signing up was not the easiest. You couldn't even watch a demo or look at pricing without entering your information. I know sales needs to have a pipeline, but it was very off-putting, especially after looking at competitor sites with so much information available without submitting any information.

Pros

I love podium. I think it brings a lot of business to our company & easy for the customer to get ahold of us/ ask us questions without calling us or driving in first. I think it has many benefits as far as texting customers & getting reviews ect.

Cons

Notifications don’t always come through and it leaves the customer waiting awhile until we find it.

Easy for customer to send reviews and can communicate with the same software, we used it every day and cant compare with other software because it simply is the best we hqve seen out there

Cons

Binding with other software but it could be from there side is the issue .

I liked the concept of the product, and it did gain us a good number of reviews. But it was not worth keeping long-term without product enhancements and better customer support.

Pros

I like the automated features in this software, though it was slightly oversold. But it does automatically contact customers via text after their service/purchase to ask them to leave us a review. We could choose which site(s) to direct them to.

Cons

Customer service was not as good as it could've been. High turnover of employees, lack of communication, and then the refusal to upgrade or help out with different tasks such as splitting up customer feeds so we could direct service customers to a different review platform than the one we had set up.

Wish I'd never heard of them.

Pros

The website widget was quite useful until I realised I was just getting people using me for their research with no intention of becoming a client.

Cons

Customer service was awful. And trying to cancel is almost impossible. There's no means on their website to cancel the service. You can't even delete your credit card. Had to call AmEx to put a block on any further payments.

Pros

Adding Podium to our dealership has proven to be a valuable decision in connecting to our customers through the pandemic. It has become a mainstay for our sales department

Cons

Sometimes the notifications can be a bit delayed, especially notifications coming from the mobile app (app notifications are so delayed, they cannot be relied upon)

the company I work for started using this software to help with marketing our store. it is great. you can direct message your customers.

Cons

it doesnt always work. it doesnt always update in time. it has a delay. and its not updated to be all phone user friendly.

Pros

What I liked most about the software, is the face that my customers are able to text the store now, moving forward with the times, rather than having to call. It also makes contacting customers for deliveries much easier during and after business hours.

Cons

Haven't found anything I dislike about it from the times I use Podium

More Google reviews. Texting platform. Tracking ability for reviews sent, received, and posted.

Pros

Easy for field and office staff to use. Great dashboard and data tracking. Messenger feature is great that allows to send text via the platform. Feel the value is definitely there.

Cons

When we send the review link to the customer via text, sometimes the customer isn't logged in to google in the background so it doesn't always work as well as it can.

Overall it has been great. The set-up was fairly fast and painless. The rep that explained to us what the program was did a great job.

Pros

We signed up for Podium and it made messaging our patients super fast and easy. Any patients that have information that needs to be updated they can simply text us the information or a picture. Once we hit send, the patient receives it on the phone.

Cons

At first the web log-in from a computer was limited to not sending images. Now you can send and receive images.
