Terrible. Do not use their product - there are DOZENS of good alternatives out there.

Pros

Nothing. Given what is currently on the market in this sphere, I would never go with Contact.

Cons

The complete lack of adequate customer support and responsiveness. I sent FOUR emails with NO responses other than an auto-acknowledgement that they received the communication.
