Pros I love how easy it makes setting up interviews. The interviewee is able to easily schedule a call with me at the time that works best for them. There is no going back and forth between what works and what doesn't They choose the best time and I get to approve it. Cons Getting it set up is a bit tricky. From a schedulers perspective, I enjoy the ease in requesting availability. Cons I think this software can become more user friendly for the scheduler- a lot of updates could be made. For instance, making changes after an interview has been scheduled could be simplified, the dashboard could use updates. Also, navigating through the software could be a bit challenging sometimes. I wish it was a bit more flexible with timezones, locations and that it was a bit more user friendly and worked a bit quicker.
