Pros: We get a first impression of the candidate. The program is easy to handle. The questions are helpful and useful for the interview.

Cons: We recruit a few people per year and we don't need the whole package. A smaller package would be useful for us.

Pros: The quality of the texts , an easy access and a quick action.
The questions are undertable and the candidates need only about a quarter of an hour to answer. So it's fast and efficient.

Cons: In some cases, there are not enough differences between profiles, depending on the number of points in each trend. But this lack of difference must be compensated during the recruitment interview.

PP is a competitive tool providing a clear and realistic picture of the behavioral tendencies

Pros: It's really easy to use from computer or smartphones. The use of persprofile facilitate a better self-knowledge.

Pros: Easy, Quick, Understandable, Positiv (Motivating).
Very helpful to prepare students for their future job application and interview. Help them to speak about themselves and their "softskills"
Usefull for teamwork management.

Cons: A little repetitiv in the appreciation , should be used as a tool among others knowing it limits. Sometime students have problems to open the questionaire depending on their web use.

Overall: It help to prepare our students for their professional integration .

As HR very helpful for recruiting and preparing interviews. Also to discuss teammanagement situations.

I use this software both for recruitment and job coaching.

Pros: This software is easy to use for candidates (not too many questions, quick passation) and the restitution is really well detailed. It can be debriefed easily and helps to check the strenghts and weaknesses in a positive way. People can quickly have an overview of their behavior tendances, their areas of comfort and stress.

Cons: I think this software is a bit expensive compared to others which are equivalent or more complex.
And I think it could be nice to have a desktop ar a platform we can connect on, in order to manage the pack, with the number of tests done, names of candidates...

Overall: This software is a very nice support for recruitment and job coaching. It helps the assesser to better know the candidate, to focus on specific questions.
On the other hand, it helps the candidate to better know himself, to have a global and detailed view of his strenghts and limits, according to the situations (comfortable or stressful).

Pros: Its simplicity, its speed to take it in hand and the reality of its results. In addition, it is very useful for helping recruit personnel, for individual coaching, personal development and facilitation in communication between people. I often use it as part of team building. I use it in my profession of coach and trainer for more than 10 years now.

Cons: The proposal for concrete improvement tools may still be lacking. But does this not belong to the competence of the person who makes it restitution?

Overall: Quickly identify the personality of people, bring more efficiency in my coaching. This software strengthens my credibility as part of my buisness and helps me develop my training programs.
