Pros

La facilité d’utilisation lors du test, les résultats détaillés des tendances comportementales, les informations relatives aux agissements avec autrui en fonction du profil.

Cons

Rien. Tous les éléments sont intéressants . Seule petite suggestion serait dans la partie « comment développer votre potentiel ». Elle est peut-être un peu courte. Davantage de développement permettrait aux candidats d’avoir plus de domaines dans lesquelles se diriger professionnellement.

L'outil est utilisé pour mener des entretiens de mise en confiance et de soutien à l'embauche de nos participants. Nous l'utilisons également comme base dans la formation. Il nous donne un excellent appui.

Pros

L'outil est simple, donne un résultat bien conçu et se limitant au nécessaire. Les participants l'utilisant à travers nous se connaissent mieux, apprennent à voir leurs côtés positifs et ressortent ravis de nos entretiens.

Cons

Nous sommes satisfaits du produit. L'accès à des éléments statistiques sans coût supplémentaires serait la seule attente que nous pourrions avoir.

Evidemment on peut imaginer intégrer tous les coûts dans celui de la licence, sachant que la tendance est plutôt au dégroupage des coûts (unbundling) pour une question de transparence. Cela est réjouissant d'avoir une telle appréciation positive d'un organisme regroupant autant d'utilisateurs internationaux et utilisateur convaincu depuis ... 23 ans..
