Epesi has been in our use for almost 5 years now now after we used Sugar and vTiger. In my previous life I have used also Sales Force and Microsoft tools, but for me this is easiest to implement for sales people.

Pros

Epesi makes it extremely easy for no-IT skilled people to modify the features and there are several low priced modules you cab purchase to add new features

Cons

Some reporting tools are not available for sales management compared to some others
