Pros: The platform was very easy and self explanatory to use once the initial site had been created. The team were always willing to help and were extremely patient with us in the initial stages when we had some teething issues. We've received positive feedback on the website and it has really befitted us to have all the information about the event in once place which we can easily direct delegates to.

Their team have been particularly helpful with making small changes to the website interface and taking on board my feedback on things that could be improved for the admin side such as manually sorting agenda items etc.

I can see us using event platforms for our future events!

Cons: There have been no major issues with the website. My only minor complaint would be the lack of control when it comes to uploading the agenda as it is not easily modified in terms of altering timings etc and changing slots around due to the lack of sort function.

This software is really good and does what it's supposed to, customer service was A+.

Pros: It's easy and clear to use, both managing our bookings via the dashboard and setting custom reporting up, I especially like the e-tickets with scan check-in, its seamless content editing is a breath of fresh air with the on-screen editor its been much better than other products we have tested. Its nicely laid out and easy to get any event setup issues worked out before you go live.

We had switched over from a different event management system because it was far too much work to learn and use. Mix has really helped our event and company thrive - with the mix platform everything is Tailored to your event and the team are great, we no longer feel like a number and because of its ease of use, functionality, customisation and support we absolutely love it!

Cons: Honestly, I can't think of any, maybe picture uploading could be better and be drag and drop, but that¿s about it! It even supports multiple packages and tickets with different VAT types, mix has been developed privately over years and it shows! There is a great level of detail in the back office and the support is great.

Overall: It's easy and clear to use, both for managing bookings and working with content .
