Before, one of our programmers had built our own internal system, it had bugs, became outdated and no longer helpful. Then, we were introduced to Built for Teams and it's worked great for years. If we've ever had an issue, the customer service has been quick to respond and help us resolve our question or situation. Cons It probably has some features we don't utilize. Cons Inability to customize our work weeks to begin on Fridays, which would align with our payroll processing. We offered to pay for this customization but are unable to get this change made.
