The implementation was kept open as long as was necessary to get the end product we requested and needed, which I regard as one of the greatest things about this company, the ease at uniting both of the offices has I believe has increased productivity. I'd recommend Open By Nature and Black ICE CRM to anyone looking for a professionally designed CRM System. Pros I can access the system from any location, now all offices can see the same information and work in a more productive way. The search is very fast and flexible, and the ability to filter data quickly is a key benefit.
