Le logiciel SmartShow3D a l'air sympa en version test, puis bien sûr il faut payer car la version de test limitée à 15 diapos n'est plus opérationnelle au bout de 3 jours. Par contre une fois que vous avez payé et que votre compte est débité, vous perdez tout : Les sous et le logiciel qui ne fonctionne plus ! Personne ne s'occupe d'envoyer les éléments nécessaires pour débloquer la licence. Par contre le service encaissement de cette boite est très efficace ! Personne ne répond au niveau du support c'est une escroquerie. Je me suis fait avoir de 25€ ! A fuir

Pros

Le logiciel a l'air sympa mais ils prennent les sous sans vous communiquer le n° de licence. Donc au final c'est du vol.

Cons

Le fait qu'il n'y ait aucun service en contrepartie du paiement réalisé. Le lociel vendu n'est plus disponible a la fin de la période d'essai de 3 jours et une fois le paiement réalisé.

At first I wanted my money back but after completing my first show I love it. I can see that it has a lot of potiential. The learning curve to figure out how to make changes long but I plan to stick with it.

Pros

It is easy and quick to greate a beautulful slideshoow.

Cons

Editing. It is difficult to figure out how to make changes.

Great software for all types of events and easy to work with.

Pros

Very easy and simple to work with. Made a video for my granddaughter and used one of the samples.

Cons

You can not customize the effects and apply them all to your project. Also need to have more samples for funerals.

Being able to create a beautiful project and share with my family and friends is very rewarding.

Pros

easy to use and love all the choices for creating a project. beautiful colors and themes.

Cons

maybe some more up to date music. I Would prefer not to have to buy full version for life time updates. Would like to see updates for all programs on a regular basis.

Pour la première installation j'en était content.

Cons

Au départ de mon achat "Gold Edition" tout fonctionnait bien. mais par un soucis d'ordinanteur j'ai du formater mon ordi. Impossible de refaire fonctionner ce logiciel malgré ma clé d'activation soit corecte par le logiciel : plus rien ne fonctionne ! Où le problème ? J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé plusieurs fois SmartShow, et impossible de le refaire fonctionner. La seule solution qu'on me propose : c'est de repayer à nouveau le prix fort ! Désolé mais c'est non pour moi. J'ai décidé de désinstaller définitivement ce logiciel.

Disappointed. If a find another program which has the same features , i will ditch Smartshow 3D.

Pros

Ease of use. The interface is intuitive and has good slide transitions.

Cons

This program is SO unstable. It is constantly crashing. Which is a pity, as it suits my purpose and is easy to use and has all the features i require for the videos I produce. However i find it exhausting with it constantly crashing. I have requested help from their support team and they have responded quickly, but to date have not been able to provide any answers to my problem. I run Windows 11 on a powerful laptop and the video i am currently experiencing this problem with is only 20 minutes duration.The text editor is very clunky and limited in the amount of text one can add to a slide.

Ho cominciato ad usarlo per creare slide delle mie foto delle vacanze, e sono rimasto soddisfatto dopo il periodo di prova, dopo un anno quasi lo uso ancora.

la facilita' di uso quasi immediato in pochi click crei delle slide ottime

Considerato il livello non professionale direi niente per il momento ha tutto quello che ti serve

I like to take the basic template and adjust for my needs. It's not always easy to accomplish that.

see ticket # 133048. I'm really pissed off and tried Photopia which worked with all the .mov files that did not work in Smart Show 3D.

Pros

Everything WHEN IT WORKED! It was fine until I upgraded to the latest version. From that point on, all .mov files loaded sideways and after a minute or so, the app shut down. I tried on many occasions to resolve this with tech support, but there was no easy way to send the .mov file to them see ticket # 133048. It drove me crazy. I asked for a refund on the upgrade, but they keep on ignoring it.

Cons

Upgrade messed up the app big time. All I want now is a refund in which they ignore. I've used the software for years with no issues. The upgrade seemed to destroy the app. see ticket 133048.

I purchased the Smartshow 3D - GOLD EDITION on Saturday 10/8/2022. I never received an access key and they don't seem to respond to any question that I've been sending about it, Buyer beware this company may not exist except for a computer-generated response to my initial purchase. I feel that I've been ripped off.

Pros

Absolutely nothing you oay for a product and you don't receive it and then there customer service sucks.

Cons

It's hard to answer that question because I never received my software product.
