Made a video for my granddaughter and used one of the samples. **Cons:** You can not customize the effects and apply them all to your project. Also need to have more samples for funerals. If a find another program which has the same features , i will ditch Smartshow 3D. **Pros:** Ease of use. The interface is intuitive and has good slide transitions. **Cons:** This program is SO unstable. It is constantly crashing. Which is a pity, as it suits my purpose and is easy to use and has all the features i require for the videos I produce. However i find it exhausting with it constantly crashing. I have requested help from their support team and they have responded quickly, but to date have not been able to provide any answers to my problem. I run Windows 11 on a powerful laptop and the video i am currently experiencing this problem with is only 20 minutes duration.The text editor is very clunky and limited in the amount of text one can add to a slide. **Reasons for Switching to SmartSHOW 3D:** They have gone out of business Vendor Response By AMS Software on September 3, 2024 Hello MR.
