October 1, 2021 5.0 My overall experience is very good with SmartSHOW 3D. It helps you create slideshows in a breeze, is very easy to understand, very user-friendly. A must-have for every designer and for every marketing company. Pros This product goes above and beyond many other competitors. The software is very easy to use, very easy to learn, if you have used a few presentation programs before, you will land on your feet as soon as you start using SmartSHOW 3D. It is very user-friendly, the fact that it comes with integrated animations will really help you in every step of your final product creation. Adding slides, importing media to your project, everything works flawlessly and it is a rapid presentation development program. This program is really an asset for your design library. I have used quite a few programs for slideshow presentations before, from really well-known ones to hard-to-understand programs, and honestly I can tell SmartSHOW 3D is my go-to program for slideshow presentations ever since I got the program. I have lost hours of work because of this shutting down. NO other program on my computer does this so it must be your software. Because of this, I have to save after each step or function that I perform. Honestly, it's a pain in the neck. Pros Somewhat easy to use. Filmora has better editing features, especially with the music tracks Cons Editing musical tracks is not an easy task. And spacing tracks between video clips is a hassle. One should be able to place the track at the point where it is desired, not immediately behind the previous musical track and then have to manually move it. Reason for choosing SmartSHOW 3D I liked the features, and the price was good. As for the VALUE, though, with my experience it has not been stellar. I guess you get what you pay for...or less! Rather than a traditional slideshow with still images, I decided to take a chance with SmartShow 3D and was able to create a 30-minute long video using still images to document his life. Despite my lack of tech-savviness, SmartShow 3D was easy to use and after only a few hours using it, I was customizing the included templates and creating my own, with a good understanding of how the user interface works. Overall, I am very satisfied with SmartShow 3D. I'll recommend it to others and will use it again! Pros SmartShow 3D was extremely easy to use. I was able to create a 30-minute video using my own photos, with built-in animation templates. After using it for about two hours, I realized how easy it was to customize every second of the video and make it look exactly as I wanted. The built-in animation templates are great and the final product (exported video in one of many file formats) was easy to access. Cons The only (minor) complaint I had about SmartShow 3D is that I would have liked to have seen more built-in images and stock photos that could be used in the video production. August 21, 2025 1.0 Le logiciel SmartShow3D a l'air sympa en version test, puis bien sûr il faut payer car la version de test limitée à 15 diapos n'est plus opérationnelle au bout de 3 jours. Par contre une fois que vous avez payé et que votre compte est débité, vous perdez tout : Les sous et le logiciel qui ne fonctionne plus ! Personne ne s'occupe d'envoyer les éléments nécessaires pour débloquer la licence. Par contre le service encaissement de cette boite est très efficace ! Personne ne répond au niveau du support c'est une escroquerie. Je me suis fait avoir de 25€ ! A fuir Pros Le logiciel a l'air sympa mais ils prennent les sous sans vous communiquer le n° de licence. Donc au final c'est du vol. Cons Le fait qu'il n'y ait aucun service en contrepartie du paiement réalisé. Le lociel vendu n'est plus disponible a la fin de la période d'essai de 3 jours et une fois le paiement réalisé. Cons Au départ de mon achat "Gold Edition" tout fonctionnait bien. mais par un soucis d'ordinanteur j'ai du formater mon ordi. Impossible de refaire fonctionner ce logiciel malgré ma clé d'activation soit corecte par le logiciel : plus rien ne fonctionne ! Où le problème ? J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé plusieurs fois SmartShow, et impossible de le refaire fonctionner. La seule solution qu'on me propose : c'est de repayer à nouveau le prix fort ! For some reason, when I click "Burn DVD" it doesn't and I have to go to the "Create DVD Folder" option. This is not good. When "Burn DVD" is selected the output should be the burned DVD drawer automatically opening. As well, the direction for the "Create DVD folder" are not clear & leads to confusion. Pros Many useful features, particularly photo enhancement and music volume control as the show proceeds. Cons There are always routine actions that repeat time and time again. 1. TEXT. Every time I want to add text I have to start all over. I strongly suggest that once a style, font, size, etc. is chosen that it shows up automatically the next time adding text is selected. 2. TRANSITIONS. I happen to not like fancy & varied transitions, I find they are distracting, particularly while editing the show. I should not have to go to the "same transition throughout" option every time I insert a picture. I suggest AN ADDITIONAL option that automatically inserts the same transaction after each picture, movie clip, etc. 3. MANAGING TEXT. I like to have text fade in and fade out and therefore I select 6 points where I make changes in opacity. 0%, 0%, 100% 100% 0%, 0%. It would be useful for text management to be selected the first time only and shows up for every following text insertion. If changed on, for example the 4th picture, then the change would be carried on to the next text insertion. 4.ZOOMING PICTURE SIZE. Would it be possible to have this done directly with the "mouse" rather than clicking on the "+"or "-" icons, in the same way the picture location can be changed? 5. TITLE FOR DVDs. Is missing from Version 20. Thus, for computers, the computer software is required to start the DVD rathe than clicking "start" on the title. This is very inconvenient. Unusual as well. 6.
