Overall, iSolved has been great. Love the library of articles and help documents as well as report writer.

Pros

What I like most about isolved is that since we are partners they listen to our wants and needs and try to implement them into future product releases.

Cons

What I like least about isolved is waiting for additional product expansion or that they may not find something to be of value that our customers are demanding.

Great payroll program to be able to see what you need or find your documentation. It's easy to use abd figure out.

Pros

Still the same feelings towards it. Easy to use and find your payroll information as you need. Highly recommend!

Cons

That it keeps bugging for extra security to be set up to log in to your account. Wish you could say no permanently.

Pros

It has most of the essential employee‑management features like onboarding and payroll. The recently added chat feature is excellent. The chatbot tells you exactly where to find any menu, and if needed, it connects you to a live agent so you can resolve issues without making a phone call.

Cons

It offers a lot of useful features, but the menus can be complicated, so it often takes time to find what you need. There is a search function, but in the past I had to look things up in iSolved University. Fortunately, the newly added chatbot has made things much easier.

Ease of implementation and product offerings. We are able to complete many services for Payroll, Timekeeping, and HCM

The release notes can be a bit vague. While the content of the release is good, the context and logic can be confusing.

Pros

How easy the software is to use! It is extremely easy to navigate and if you do have trouble, the Learn & Grow platform makes it easy to learn!

Cons

Nothing at the moment! I have yet to find something that I truly dislike about the iSolved Platform!

Pros

I like that isolved has an app. I also like that you can navigate the website/app a lot easier and see all important docs/time off/deductions, etc

Cons

I don't like that I cannot access iSolved online. The actual website always has issues and it's super frustrating.

I still do not care for this program. This may be good for places with strong internet but not here.

Pros

Closing the ap is my favorite part of the program. Parts of this are good but overall, I find it difficult.

Cons

To me this is very difficult to use. Some of the applications within are difficult and I end up letting our HR Dept do it for me.

For the most part isolved is a great product. I do think some set ups like time keeping could be streamlined as it takes many steps to get set up and maintain.

Pros

I like that isolved has so many options for companies of all sizes. It offers so much for large businesses but doesn't forget the one employee companies.

Cons

I don't like the fact that new items are released and do not work as designed. I think isolved should do more testing before releasing changes and updates.

Overall, I have found it to be incredibly versatile while still remaining user friendly for a variety of users and user needs!

Pros

I find isolved incredibly user friendly for every department! All of my colleagues as well as my owners enjoy the platform and use it daily with ease!

Cons

Thus far- NO cons! The platform has proven to be user friendly for all employees and their various needs within the program.

Using iSolved for both my work and personal functions has helped further my knowledge of the system and the capabilities of some different screens and how they interact with one another.

Pros

User friendly layout with a simplified design. For an end user who may not be the most tech savvy, screens are clearly labeled and not overly involved in terms of functionality.

Cons

Some steps of the developmental process could use a bit more time. For example a new performance module was just rolled out in the payroll system under the performance management tab, and there have been a fair share of hiccups in terms of the functionality of this area of the system such as some screens not loading or managers not showing as part of a review even though they are assigned to an employee.
