Cons

The thing I like least is having to deal with codes sent daily to log in. This has been the norm ever since I logged in remotely.

There are lots of different customizable options that you can use to meet the needs of your business.

Cons

Implementation took a while when we set up a new product. Seems to be a lot of follow up on our end when putting in new cases to make sure that they get resolved and completed.

Pros

Isolved has many features and capabilities that other software do not. Once set up, things can be found and utilized relatively easily.

Cons

To set up workflows and processes can be challenging at times due to fields being in different areas throughout isolved. When implementing new processes, all fields and paramaters should be located in the same place or linked to the rest.

Amazing. Staff is local and receptive to my questions.

Pros

I love how easy it was to learn their system. If I could not figure something out I went into isolved university to learn it. So user friendly.

Cons

I really can not think of any. There are featured I have not used yet, but I know they will be just as great.

I love that I am able to see my time for the pay period and make adjustments if punches didn't go through. Scheduling time off is also very helpful!

Cons

Due to internet issues at our office, I sometimes clock in and out twice

### "No Communication"

They do not return your phone calls!!! We first called to try and get more licenses and were transferred to different people who never returned calls. After that we decided to go with another system due to not being to get return calls to get all of our employees licensed. We then called back and left messages to call back and neither ever did. Finally, we sent emails in requesting to talk about the cancellation and a transition period. 1 month later we received an email back saying our service was canceled. Finally called and got a hold of the customer rep who said "oh yeah I just got an email from finance forwarded to me that you guys wanted to cancel" we had to explain we wanted to work on transition period, had someone actually returned phone calls then they would know. Our bill was paid through the end of the month so we wanted to keep services until then. He set us up to cancel at the end of the month. We tried calling customer support the week before canceling to see if we need to do anything else, also we were using them until the end of the pay period and wanted to know what we needed to do to pull the last of hours. NO ONE RETURNED OUR CALLS AGAIN. Luckily we logged in at 11:30 pm on 4/30/17 and pulled and hours summary, as the next morning we were unable to pull any other reports. The problem is we are a 24/7 facility and this caused issues. This was one of the worst companies we have tried to work with.

Pros

The system was easy to learn, their support team was very friendly. I don't have anymore pros to add to this.

Cons

Their customer service, sales and financing team are terrible. They do not return phone calls or assist in anyway. Reports are not user friendly.

### "Great software and support for benefits and hr"

Great option if you are looking for a software focused on HR and benefits without payroll.

Pros

Easy to use software if you are comfortable with benefits and hr admin. Easy layout and without unnecessary frills.

Cons

I can't say there is anything negative about this software, perhaps it's not the cheapest ever, but that's best it's uncomplicated and thorough.

Overall, once the setup was complete, it functioned. It just felt like it had outdated technology and the customer service people did not know how to fix it.

Pros

The mobile app was a nice feature to use.

Cons

It felt like there were a lot of behind the scenes setups that were hard to access. The vacation was not able to be approved by the manager for a long time until we finally gave up. Adding vacation always had to go through a payroll so it wasn't readily available. Reports were not customer friendly. Customer service was not the most helpful.

I would recommend that all your divisions talk to one other. IE Cobra and HCM the software interchanges but not the people.

I like that iSolved lets you clock in/out in 15 minute increments.

Cons

I don't like that the time off requests doesn't take into account the day's you have submitted for but haven't been approved in determining how many hours you have left to take.

Pros

iSolved lends well to quick and efficient implementations. The Payroll processing component is user friendly (for the most part) and helps our clients streamline their payroll processes.

Cons

The overall navigation is not intuitive. We have received this feedback from both our new hires (Service Bureau Users), our Client Users, ESS Users, and Partner Users. But...the biggest problem is the lack of support. The two areas of opportunity we see here are better QA for product releases and restructuring the support process. Netsuite is a bottomless pit of despair. Getting help shouldn't be so hard. The ticket submission interface is atrocious; for the most part the support staff doesn't dive into the problem, let alone the solution. We have to do all the leg work when there is a glitch that we didn't cause. It seems like the emphasis is placed on the development of the product, whereas partner and client support is not a priority.

It does track data quite well, but sometimes it is hard to access that data

Pros

It is a nice centralized system and it can store a lot of employee information/data. It can link to different systems to save time with updating information. It also seems to have a lot of features that we have not yet tapped into.

Cons

Some features do not work as I would expect them to work or you need to reload the page to see things appear correctly. The software also feels a bit dated. You sometimes need to run a report or create a custom report to access some of your employee data.

The system was set up in such a way that I didn't have to worry about it. It just worked.

Cons

There were some aspects that were a bit frustrating. The vacation system didn't quite work as smoothly as I had hoped in receiving employee vacation requests and it was a bit hard to find in the software.

Everything with the Isolve staff has been great. They are very hands on and will help you and fix or add things to your platform to make your job easier.

Pros

They staff is available all the time via phone and email. They also will walk you through what you need help with and tell you what is being done.

Cons

At first Isolve was difficult to maneuver through bit once you keep using it, it becomes easier.

I am very satisfied with the iSolved program. I would definitely recommend it for payroll and human resource needs.

Pros

When we converted to isolved, it was simple and accurate. I appreciate the iSolved University option that has taught me so much! The customer service response is timely and the representatives are knowledgable in their responses to my needs.

Cons

I am aware that our employees represent vary levels of computer skills, but the employee self-service portal has been difficult for several employees to use.

Just o.k. If it was not for representatives, probably would have left a long time ago!

Pros

navigating the system is pretty easy. Did love representative in support.

Cons

Do not like waiting on hold for support, and waiting for a call back is a good option, but can be on the phone myself when i get the return call. Don't like the fact that the system does not have a good scheduling module, how to go outside to purchase scheduling module. Seems like the I solved platform is getting outdated, and the company is having trouble staying up with the latest technology. Been having a terrible time with timesaver support and getting PTO set up. Dont like the fact that are taxes were not paid.
