### "HORRIBLE PRODUCT"

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PRODUCT! We were longtime customers of iSolved, using their Timeforce software for over 10 years. We were regularly assured that we would not be required to upgrade and that our version would be supported for the foreseeable future. On 3/25/19 we received an email stating that our support contract expiring 4/14/19 would not be renewed because our version was no longer supported. They gave us less than one month’s notice. We sent an email to our sales rep the same day, but had to make repeated requests for pricing and a demo because she was unavailable. An initial quote was finally received 4/5/19, but they could not make time for a demo until 4/22/19. We agreed to this, but requested they continue supporting our old version in the meantime because of the short notice and delays. They completely ignored this request, not responding to it at all. During the demo we asked how the new software would handle the things our Timeforce I software was capable of. They were unsure of some of the more complex issues and promised they would check with tech support and get back with us. In the end, it was promised that the new software would be able to meet our needs. We signed a one year contract on 5/1/19. We began to have weekly one-hour phone calls with our implementation specialist; it became apparent that she had no idea what she was doing. Basically, we were never able to use the product but were required to pay for an entire year.

Pros

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING at all! There was nothing that was useful!

Cons

EVERYTHING....horrible ease of use, make you pay for the product that you have never received, zero customer service...most deplorable service we have ever gotten from a company in 20 years of operation!

Reason for choosing isolved

They led us to believe that the product could meet our needs, which it never did no matter what we tried. Consider yourself warned!

Their support structure is VERY poor. No continuity of service. Every call is like calling them the first time since you are not assigned a support person. Generic number to call. Generic email to send to. The MOST frustrating situation is the most recent and the reason for my review. As owner, I don’t have time to chase down issues with payroll so when I received a notice from the state that we didn’t pay our payroll taxes, I immediately called the main number and as always, dealing with a new person, I described the issue: iSolved took the money out of my account; they need to pay the state. I was told someone would call me back. Never did. So I called again to a new person. I had to repeat the whole story again, with agitation this time. I was told I needed to email the letter from the state and it would be forwarded to the tax dept for handling. So I did. Next the state called me asking for the payment. I told the person I had twice reached out to the payroll company who took the taxes out of my account and I had twice contacted them to handle it. This week I received a LETTER OF DEFAULT from the state giving me until this Sunday to pay or they would put a lien on my business. I placed another call to the generic main number and told the story a third time with MUCH aggravation. I was told to send the letter to be sent to the tax dept. I demanded to talk to the tax dept. I was promised a call back. Nothing. So I had to pay it online myself to avoid default

It has many features available for the user

Cons

Not intuitive. Usually have to call to figure out what I need to do

Pros

Honestly, there is nothing that sets this software out.

Cons

The customer service is horrific. The tenure must be extremely low because I generally know more than the person I speak to. I've been lied to (my supervisor has stepped out so you can't speak to them now) on two occasions. I've emailed my concerns (there is no phone number to speak to your 'rep', you have to call into the main customer service) and had no response. When I finally do get a response, they apologize that that rep is no longer with the company and my concerns remain unresolved. I would like to warn every company out there that iSolved has changed and is no longer client-friendly.

I have used a local payroll company for over 10 years. They pride themselves on being "Local First" and supporting small businesses. Well, they switched their system to isolved this winter. Which is neither local nor small. But this isn't really isolved's problem. I wouldn't be so irritated if it wasn't so hard to navigate. I have used a few systems for managing pet boarding facilities, so am used to figuring out new software. This one is by far the worst I've ever tried to navigate.

Pros

Sorry- Can't find anything that I like about it.

Cons

Very hard to navigate, edit employees, even difficult to find the "submit" button.

Pros

the staff is always helpful when you call for help and quick to find you an answer the software is pretty easy to use the mobile app for employees to use for getting there paycheck is not easy to get installed on phones so that part is not great

Cons

the phone app is hard to get installed and i think that is sad because in this day and with technolgy it should be easy to install the main thing is to make employees happy and we have a lot that have to come to HR for assistance

Pros

Easy to integrate, but there were a few items we thought were included that hadn't been done.

Cons

So many steps in setting up shifts, rules, etc. Confusing to try to get through all of them.

Easy for both the employee and HR to figure out.

Pros

Very easy to use. Employee Self Service is easy for employees and the HR screens are easy for HR to figure out.

Cons

Not customizable in that we have to depend on what they have. I have never really had an issue with this. I have called their customer service if I am stuck on something and they are very helpful.

I do not like this company at all. If it weren't for the fact that I can still deal with my Customer Support Person, that I have used for the entire 14 years I have been with this employer, I would be looking right now for a new Payroll Service company. John is the only reason we have not changed payroll service, YET.

Pros

I have the same Customer Support Person since the days of AD Compter, Center Valley PA. Thanks \[sensitive content hidden\]!!! You are the best!!!!!

Cons

Since the initial payroll which by-the-way was the last payroll period for 2023, there have been all kind of errors in the system. Today, as I am writing this review, I am not able to log on. For reports, I just want the same reports that were available when this company was AD Computer, then JetPay, then NCR. Now there are too many reports available. We are not a gigantic company. Your report section is not user friendly at all and is super messy.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the software and the customer service that we have received from the software.

Pros

They have a quick button that allows you to click and easily click and easily add a new hire. Different tabs allow the administrator to know if they are working on an employee, working on the business, working on the setup. The software is robust enough to create and manage all of your employee benefits.

Cons

Learning how to navigate the payroll system took more time than I had experienced with past payroll companies. I had to create my own cheat sheet that was simple, that would have been nice for them to provide for new users.

Overall I love using this software and I have been doing payroll for many years and used many different softwares. This is still my favorite.

Pros

I love that I can see all my changes in real time. I can view everything that will process before it processes. This allows me to catch any errors ahead of sending the file.

Cons

The customer service is not the best. They have gotten too big is my opinion and there have been some mess ups on their side which have been unprofessional. They do always fix the problems, but I don't think they should have happened in the first place.

Pros

The few good things about this software are that you can customize quite a few fields, the reporting is easy to use and the payroll accumulators are accurate.

Cons

Everything except the above information. The system cannot work for a company of more than 200 people (we have 800). It runs far too slow. The benefit enrollment piece is a nightmare and open enrollment is awful. Setting up carrier connections was a horrific experience. When implementing from our previous system to the new system there was a ton of manual entry because their implementation team told us that certain things were imported and they were not. The best con about this system is that when we were using it time and attendance was a separate piece. So on top of everything else we had to import the time weekly. What a pain.

Our overall experience with isolved has been excellent. Especially once Ben Szilagy took over our account.

Pros

The software does all the things we need it to do.

Cons

What I like the least is that because the templates are contracted through another company, implementation and testing of carrier feeds takes longer. Especially with any customization.

Because one of our "sister" companies had purchased it, and because we had looked at a demo and liked it as well.

Overall, iSolved is a great product. They are constantly improving and I can't wait for what's to come!

Pros

I like that the product is all in one and that it is relatively easy for my employees to find the information they need.

Cons

The things I like the least would be the change in customer service, I enjoyed having a dedicated rep; we got to know each other and our people. The growing pains have been a challenge (especially with the tax team -- but we're HR professionals, we get it!!). I wish some features that were promised years ago, actually have been implemented.

It has been very good and has resolved many issues from streamline the payroll process, data entry and eliminating errors. We are excited about adding iHire to our platform. Also, the open enrollment function ROCKS!

Pros

AssetHR and their customer services is above industry standards. They are responsive and helpful EVERY time we need assistance or have a "dumb" question. Love the relationship we have with the team and technology is great.

Cons

Sometimes the main tabs can be confusing as I am a new user. Not clear where to find things.

Reason for choosing isolved

The ability to have the relationship with AssetHR as well as their support. As shared earlier their customer service is par to none.
