Pros

It has a lot of features to accommodate lots of different types of businesses and their needs.

Cons

Some screens do not make sense, are too small, or not descriptive enough to know what should be clicked.

I love this software its the best we have used at our company.

Pros

I love how this software has all of my information conveniently and easy in one place for me to find. This software keeps up with my PTO hours, my employment history with my company, pay history and more. I also love that I can print my W2 straight from the site.

Cons

The only thing I dislike about the software is that it does not save my sign in info. So I have to type my user ID and password every time I sign in. But I guess because the information is sensitive this is their way of protecting my information so I understand that. Other than that there is absolutely nothing I dislike about this software.

Problems were never fixed.

Pros

Nothing, the timecard was difficult to use and customer service was not helpful.

Cons

Customer service was impossible. It would take them weeks to solve a problem.

It's not in Spanish We've had several issues with policies not set up correctly It's not an app but a web page, sometimes it makes it hard for employees to get set up

They have helped our service bureau grow because of the many products. I hope they continue to expand the product so we can remain relevant in the marketplace. Our company absolutely made the right choice for us by moving to iSolved.

Pros

It has allowed our business to grow because of the broad set of features it has. We have been on the product for almost 5 years. I love the fact that they continually expand the system.

Cons

support. The limited ability to have meaningful input on product enhancements

I find the people the best. I am a small business , 6 people, and receive excellent customer support - when I need it - which is rare as the software is simple and correct.

Pros

iSolved purchased my business from a local vendor - and initially - I was skeptical. I now think iSolved is fabulous. Its amazingly easy to use, super customer friendly, and customer services is fantastic. I always know they will help me and support our business. We evaluated moving to an alternative benefits provider and one reason we didn't move as they would have demanded our payroll service and iSolved is always a partner - so we didn't move.

Cons

I can't say I have a negative that comes to mind.

As I stated before - iSolved purchased the local payroll provider we were using - and we stuck with iSolve. The transition was smooth.

Pros

I love that this software is constantly being developed to offer greater benefits to organizations. I am looking forward to the improved scheduling features. Customizing reports and payrolls is a huge benefit.

Cons

Scheduling is still under development. Look forward to trying the improvements!

Generally a positive one. There portal could be better designed and easier to read.

Pros

Tracking of contributions to FSA benefits and ease of use for FSA reimbursements. Not hard to put a claim in. Doesn't take long to get reimbursed for FSA expenses.

Cons

Going into a new year with a rollover and using this money that is rolling over to cover an FSA expense. Paperwork is required.

Infinisource is adequate enough to get the job done, but better options are available. We had issues with Infinisource and switched to ADP.

Cons

We had difficulties with Infinisource. It is not an easy system to learn. Our employees experienced difficulty logging into and staying active in Infinisource.

Worth the money for the simplicity and customer service.

Pros

The website is incredibly easy to use and, in the tree years I've used it, has only been down once. You're able to access it from your mobile phone if you need too and it functions just as well. The customer service is the best thing about it though. They catch mistakes that I overlook and they are extremely easy to get in contact with.

Cons

The website is a little hard to navigate at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's incredibly simple.

7 - my CSR is great.... but I usually have to email about 2-3 times if things were "sent up" a level. And once things are sent up and fixed, I am not notified.

Pros

it can be pretty user friendly when it comes to manager/supervisor/ee view's.

Cons

The set up of items can be very confusing.... and if one thing is done out of order, the entire setup doesn't work. And only sometimes can you go in and edit it.. in onboarding, you have to start almost completely over for a simple change .

Less user-friendly than it seems, reports are sometimes tricky, some functionality lost due to ignorance of how product works, and the service is questionable.

Pros

Applicant tracking ability to make notes and label each applicant throughout the process of selecting new employees. Would like to be able to free type in and add own labels to stages of interview process

Cons

Not enough options to manipulate for our company (document subcategories and divider tabs), poor workflow, multiple log ins for admin, applicant tracking, and self-service

Easy access from a computer anywhere I have Internet. Quick answers and walk throughs from Customer Support when needed.

I love all the available features. There is so much that can be done with this product.

Report Writing can be very difficult. Need the ability to pull both payroll and HR together more seamlessly.

Pros

If it worked, it would be a good product. It was very intuitive. However, it took up to 2 minutes to move between each screen. The mobile application didn't work.

Cons

VERY Slow, horrible customer service, misrepresentation of product, unreliable, inconsistent. I could go on! It cost more money to have iSolved than it would (including risk) of having paper time cards.
