### "Poor Customer Service"

Poor. It's a shame too because the software and reporting seem like quality products. None of that matters if no one can help when a problem arises.

Pros

Isolve has some great features but their lack of customer service, an account rep, or a routine person to help when there are issues with our account render those features useless.

Cons

Terrible customer service. The lack of any accountability by having someone to specifically handle our account has made no one responsible for us at any time. No follow up on requests for help. Months with various tax issues and no follow up costing us fines with a neighboring state. We have wasted so much time just trying to get people to call or email us back.

I am very pleased and feel I am getting a great value for my money

Pros

The software meets all your HRIS and payroll needs. The additional services through Infinisource and FMLA administration are useful for a small HR team.

Cons

I'd love to have more options for security that can be assigned to each area such as Assets only instead of the overall category. Customer service can be slow to respond.

Pros

Loved how easy it was to use when first being introduced to it i also like how it has web browser/mobile capabilities. I did a lot of traveling and needed to clock in virtually before leaving, which was always from my home and not at the office

Cons

there were some times when it would time out for me while clocking in on a mobile device and it didn't recognize my login time. so i would have to reach out to our payroll technician to update my time. happened more than i wish it would have.

I moved to isolved a few years ago. I've been with 8 payroll companies over the past 30 years. isolved is by far the best I've used. The features for my employees allow them to make changes to direct deposit, address information, etc. They can access their pay stubs and tax forms on their own without having to ask me for them.

Pros

I've been with isolved for a few years. The customization and ability to make their software work for me is the best part of this. They are super responsive to issues I have and the cost is excellent.

Cons

Anytime I have an issue with a report that I want created or that I can't find, they find a solution for that. So other than being without that report for a week or so, they have addressed all the issues I ever have.

It has been very helpful for the new EEO1 Component 2 requirements. Very proactive. They are always willing to help improve the product.

Pros

It has a lot of potential to customize for your company. You can track almost anything.

Cons

It is not intuitive. The tables to create on one screen before moving forward is difficult. It is not a linear thought process.

Overall iSolved is a decent program for clocking in and out, but it would be so much better if I could access the mobile version.

Pros

I like the quick option to clock in and out. I also appreciate having everything from W2's to important HR documents easily available on the main page. There is also an entire section to show all of the time off balances you have, and what to expect for the year (if you accure your PTO).

Cons

The mobile app has yet to function correctly on my iPhone. I've tried time and time again and it never works. Also- the website's buttons are all very small which can be difficult to navigate for people who struggle with their eyesight.

Pros

The platform is very flexible. Being able to import payroll data and other data sets. Easy to use. Lots of standard reports and a great report writer module.

Cons

Lately, customer service has been slow or non responsive to email inquiries. I don't like having to explain my issue multiple times if I don't get the same representative if I have to call back.

I wish we had our own Customer Service Rep. It's much easier to have a specific person to call into and that gives an opportunity to have a good relationship with that Rep.

Pros

I like that it's very easy to navigate!!

Understanding the Client Management and all the functionalities. Would like to have more training.

Our over-all experience is great because your customer service is amazing to us!

Pros

The features that are most impactful to our company is the reporting & tracking of hours, time and pto balances/tracking.

Cons

The few things that I do not like is when we punch in/out times sometimes translates over to the next day, causing a snowball effect for the whole week. That being said, many times over and over we have punch out errors both while swiping in/out on the time clock machine and when we punch in through isolved (not the app).

Timeforce has poor customer service and bad business ethics. They held my company files hostage and demanded payment for twice as much as I was using.

Pros

When we first signed up on the program it seemed to work well. Then as we got into the program it did not preform as well as we thought it would.

Cons

You can not get a quick overview of all employees at once you have to manually do each one it takes to long. The phone app does not work well.The program is hard to navigate. There is better out there but you get busy and stuck on what you have because it very difficult to change.

This is a huge improvement over our previous payroll service. Online processing and review makes the payroll process a breeze.

Pros

The ease of processing our bi-weekly payroll is great. The reporting features are excellent. Customer support is excellent.

Cons

The only downside is when there is something out of the ordinary with a payroll transaction. I always need to contact customer support who easily walks me through whatever it is that's giving me a problem.

Reason for choosing isolved

Primarily cost and it was referred by a neighboring municipality.

### "Easy to use but customer service is a REAL CHALLENGE!"

I have been with SAGE/Paychoice before getting dissolved into iSolved. The migration was a horrible experience! I did not see initiative from the new company to leave a good customer experience for the first few months, so decided to leave the company to another provider

Pros

Easy to use interface - flexibility in having different rates for the same employee Nice HR companion feature! On-demand service, free of charge, to answer HR questions with a 24-hours turnaround time

Cons

Customer service needs lots of improvement. Account rep change is unprecedented and could take a few days till request for assistance is answered. At times, the online button chat/help was off, without any justification! The interface can be enhanced to simplify PTO calculations

Our overall experience has been good. We have never had a situation where it wasn't resolved within a reasonable amount of time.

Pros

Once you learn this software, it remains very consistent. I appreciate this as I wear many hats in my current role and am always multi-tasking while processing payroll.

Cons

It takes some help from customer service to accomplish tasks. Could be more "self-taught" friendly. Particularly with tasks like printing a pay stub. This should be easily accessed through a search of "print pay stub". You shouldn't have to study an entire page to locate prompts for this.

Cons

There is really nothing that I don't like about the software. It seems to have what we need to accommodate the completion of being able to process our payrolls and to be able to review them before submitting.

I was not the one who selected this software. We started with Precision payroll back in 2009 and have been with them since.

Our company is a mining and manufacturing company with multiple locations. We had been using a different company (ADP) for our time and attendance as well as payroll. Their solution was so complicated, their implementation and customer service was difficult at best. In short, ADP was not meeting our needs and had no desire to help us. We needed software that helped us gather time and attendance information in a simple and straightforward way. It needed to offer some flexibility and customization to allow us to tailor the software to our needs. We also wanted to be able to collect the time and attendance information and pair that with our existing accounting software so that we could process payroll in-house and eliminate redundant data entry. Our decision to change from ADP to TimeForce II was really pretty easy. The sales team went out of their way with multiple demonstrations. They were able to answer our questions and help us find a solution that met our needs. The implementation process was smooth; the staff at TimeForce helped organize the transition well. The best thing about the implementation was the good customer service we received. It was apparent that the people at TImeForce wanted us to succeed, and we were important. TimeForce has been very easy to use. Their system is logical, and with a little help from the implementation team we were able to figure out how to use and function within the software. Changes we used to have to call ADP to make we can do ourselves. The transition to TimeForce has been a success for our company. Collecting time and attendance is easier than it ever has been. It works well with our existing accounting software for payroll. The continued customer support has been excellent as well.

Another private payroll company with personal service sold to ISolved. ISolve are not personal, or helpful. Stay away. There has to be better providers out there.

Pros

It is cloud based. It has a quick hire tab.

Cons

The management is unresponsive to issues or simple upgrades to their software glitch problems. A 1099 designation should not be able to have tax taken out. Simple solution, right? I complained years ago. The same problem exists. The software is not intuitive. The screens are terrible. No sizing options for different screens. It hasn’t changed in years. Their year-end filing has an early black out period and no adjustments can be made. They charge high fees for corrections due to the software glitch they could easily fix. The service people are well trained to repeat you will not be able to correct this and you will have to pay a high fee for the correction.

Ongoing bugs and issues caused by new releases. Reporting options from a SB standpoint. Many of the new products and features are added outside of the software and become difficult to learn, train, support and troubleshoot.

It does payroll very well and is easy to use for the end user.

Cons

Hardware and Timekeeping - we fairly consistently experience the same issues with connectivity with the clocks without any simple or timely fixes. Timekeeping still can't handle blended OT which automatically takes us out of certain industries.

Very easy to use and other then the rare website down error no complaints

Pros

All I have to do is sign in (enter a code if I'm logging into a new computer) and do a quick time stamp. Very easy.

Cons

Very rarely the website is down and I am unable to document the time. Fortunately you can still document time but it is extra work.
