Overall, my experience was pretty middle of the road- didn’t use it long enough to get comfortable with it, but felt good about some if not most of its features.

Pros

Being able to access your paycheck early was a game changer for team members and myself! Makes paying unexpected bills way less stressful.

Cons

Navigating the online / browser website can be a little clunky and confusing, particularly for tax documents.

it's been easy enough to use. when we have questions, there's a good system in place whether it's help from isolved or a place to collaborate with other partners.

Pros

it's easy on the eyes and the development team is always considering and executing our feedback

It makes everything very easy. You can automate and customize nearly everything.

Cons

iSolved University is difficult to use. It's hard to find the information you need and the tutorials are not very helpful.

Very easy to submit claims for reimbursement, and quick to process as well. I appreciated the quick processing with using the issued payment card, too.

Cons

The debit cards issued did not have a chip, and sometimes would not work when paying over the phone at my pharmacy.

iSolved products integrate seamlessly with our other HR systems. Their customer service is exceptional, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They have saved us so much time and money.

Pros

iSolved is an amazing HR solution that has helped us with everything frompayroll processing to onboarding new employees.

Cons

I do not have anything negative to say about iSolved. We enjoy everything. You will not be disappointed. They are amazing!

Overall, it's been okay. We're keeping University and getting rid of the People Cloud version.

Pros

I like iSolved University the most. We needed a place to host all of our employee training videos and I think this is a good platform for that. There are multiple pathways you can create for each position and it makes onboarding much easier.

Cons

The vacation tracking side of things is very clunky and cumbersome. The entire "People Cloud" side of things is overly complex. Perhaps this is just not a good solution for small businesses like ours, but I tend to think improvements can be made to make this more user friendly.

We discontinued their services and went with another PEO that gave more added value and much fewer mistakes

Pros

they took care of payroll reports -- but did not give total support as they weren't a full service PEO like we thought

Cons

made too many mistakes. Once payroll was a day late because they didn't tell us they hadn't received the uploaded file.

Nothing. There is nothing good to write about this company or applicantpro. Poorly run. Strange tactics

Cons

They told me to schedule a call, then \[sensitive content hidden\] canceled the scheduled call twice at the last minute. Once 7 minute prior, with not reason. The first time, I emailed him asking why, he didnt respond. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, scheduled again. And he canceled minutes prior with no reasons. Very poorly run company. Unprofessional

It is an affordable solution that has many features and customizable options. Best for small businesses.

Cons

Not great for scaling organizations, as functionalities become limited and cumbersome. The user interface is very dated, and the reporting is kind of a nightmare - lots of reports available, but hard to find what you need without contacting customer support.

Horrible They bought out our company that we have for over 15 years and very happy with. After that all went down hill. Tried to terminate and they told us we had to give 90 days notice which we did and delayed our new company. Now at end of 90 days says oh your contract renewed for a year so you have to stay for year or pay 6 months of services. Their service explains why they have to trap their customers. DO NOT SIGN with this company even if they buy your existing company. RUN

Pros

Nothing. They have been nothing but terrible since they bought out our existing company.

Cons

Unprofessional, Many mistakes, over charges

### "The worst company I have ever encountered"

The worst experience I have ever had with any company, and that is saying something. From isolved not being able to locate an account number in time, to wanting me to pay for their software while having to send out my own checks, to charging additional fees at every turn, you should be ashamed of yourselves and how you operate a business.

Pros

There is absolutely nothing that I liked about iSolved

Cons

I wish I could give this review 0 stars because I would. Starting with their shady actions, contract wording and employees, this company is easily the worst I have ever encountered. Their software looks like it is built from 1995, with the intention of making it as miserable and hard to use as possible. Every employee that I have worked with in any capacity fights with themselves to prove who is more incompetent.

Overall, I find the isolved HRIS easy to use and appreciate that they are always looking for ways they can improve the platform. This system was a major upgrade from the system my company was using previously.

Pros

I have been working out of isolved for a couple of years and find it to be a very intuitive system.

Cons

As with any HRIS, there are sometimes glitches that cause issues with time cards, but the isolved team is always quick to address and resolve the problem.

Frustrating, tedious, time-consuming, and not trustworthy. I am looking for a replacement service.

Pros

i liked the original company called Complete Payroll Systems. Once they merged with isolved, they became a terrible service.

Cons

Non-existent customer service. Complicated user interface. Not all data is online. Senior management does not seem to care about customer service any more than the non-existent service reps do. and they keep sending W2s to the wrong address!

We are looking at other products but still use it.

Pros

That it is fairly easy to user for users.

Cons

Support is bad and cloud performance is slow at least once per week and after web udpates its common that all of our staff have to be sign in manually by a manager because it won't load. Need to upgrade their cloud servers.
