### "Isolved Saves Time"

WE moved to Isolved (Infinisource) in 2014 and have had relatively little issues with the service and have saved money. Who doesn't like that!

Pros

Using Isolved on a daily basis is simple and streamlined. Customer service is always available to assist you if you run into an issue.

Cons

They seem to continually update and I don't have the time to review all the added features.

The customer support has been great! Anytime I have an issue it is address and brought up the chain if they are unable to assist right away.

Pros

I like how everything is in one place and it has a good area for employee management and documents.

Cons

I wish there were more workflows. When changing an item that may need to be changed in one place, it would be nice if it automatically took you to the next step to change it before making any adjustments.

### "Ease of use and robust features"

We use iSolved to run payroll, manage recruitment and onboarding, open enrollment, benefits administration and other HR data. We love how easy it is for employees to have one login for most of their needs.

Pros

iSolved allows us to manage so much of our payroll and HR workflows in one program that is easy to use.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of, we like all of the features we currently use.

### "Horrible Customer Service"

The product is fine if you want something mediocre. I have been searching for other payroll companies and found a few that are far much better. I recommend PDS VISTA for an MEO type of employer. I am not an ADP fan, but I believe that would also be much better too. This is not worth the savings in my opinion. Also, iSolved purchase Encore back in July, I believe. Since July, I had been asking for demo's in which i received no response other than a short 2 minute demo on their website. When I was finally contacted by iSolved to switch the product over, they only gave me two weeks to switch. Did not provide any demos because I was told that they will switch me and then train me. The data converted was a mess and the implementation team did absolutely no research on our company. Our date files are a mess and our retirement company still has not received a completed file from iSolved. At this time, I still have not received a demo on the other products I initially asked about. They just switch me over and dropped me.

Pros

We have multiple companies (multiple FEIN's) and it is nice to have every employee in one spot.

Cons

This product is not the best if you have an MEO with multiple locations with separate bank accounts. The system requires that you run a payroll for every bank account instead of one payroll per company. We were forced onto this software once iSolved bought out Sage Encore. The Encore platform was much easier to use in regards to processing payroll. In Encore, it took me 30 minutes (at the most) to process payroll. On iSolved, it takes me about 3 hours. Employees must have an email to access their paystubs. Customer Service is absolutely horrible. You DO NOT have a dedicated account manager. Your emails/phone calls are sent to a hub to where you are waiting at least 30-45 minutes on the phone or you never receive a response from an email. I have employees who have not received a paycheck, no response from iSolved and no assistance from them either. It is the absolute worst.

### "Still do not care for it"

I still do not care for this program. This may be good for places with strong internet but not here.

Pros

Closing the ap is my favorite part of the program. Parts of this are good but overall, I find it difficult.

Cons

To me this is very difficult to use. Some of the applications within are difficult and I end up letting our HR Dept do it for me.

It has extraordinary potential but lacks actual usability in so many situations. I often wonder how much "in the trenches" feedback you solicit when designing features. I could write you a book on things that need to work differently to meet an actual HR department's needs.

Pros

Reporting is robust but creating simple queries is more complicated than it should be. The filters and sorts added to the Employee Management screen helps, but the columns need to be customizable so additional fields can be added. A user should also be able to save a custom view of that table.

Pros

Report Writing. I find this difficult to develop my own report.

I have made some really great partners from Isolved.

Pros

this is a very easy system to use and has great learning videos to answer many questions you may have. Isolved has great reminders and offers good support on many reports and deadlines.

Cons

I would like to see better follow up and quicker answers for cases that are put in. I would like to have access to SME (subject matter experts) that I can go to get my answers right away.

Pros

Payroll is simple and doesn't requirement hand calculations. All done online.

Good. The customer service has been patient. knowledgeable and helpful with me.

Pros

Customer Service knowledge and ability to solve problems and help me to learn as I go.

Cons

The PTO tracking is unreliable to my employees. This happens if a time card is not committed in time to pull through the hours absent. But I never mean to not do this and there's no check or alarm to let me know when I've done it. The system becomes unreliable to employees and this really bothers me.

It was a rough start as we are brand new to ISolved. I think that the transition could've been done a bit better and eased new clients into it rather than abruptly. I think the customer service side needs more work, as well as the follow-up time.

Pros

I like that the platforms are easier to navigate through. I like that you have several options as far as time and payroll go.

Cons

I do not like the interface for the mobile view. I think updates should be done more frequently or covering more of the major issues as we are in a society of mobile devices and needing easy access to change/update information.

We didn't choose iSolved by choice, we were transitioned in because iSolved bought out our previous payroll company. We thought that it would be better than the company we were with based on the demos, but had an extremely rough start and second guessing that decision. I think that maybe it will get better and if not we will have to go separate paths. I'm learning a lot but will need more help to figure out what I want to do.

We are utilizing the complete iSolved HRIS modules with the exception of MOJO. Payroll, Benefits, Time, iHire, LMS, COBRA, 401K file feed.

Pros

I like that it is user friendly, and that iSolved continues to upgrade their features because they are listening to their customers requests. Administratively, I have found this system to be much easier to use than previous HRIS systems. The implementation team was great!

Cons

That salaried employees cannot use the absence function because it is tied to payroll. For our company, our salaried employees need to be able to change approved time off after payroll has been run, which unfortunately locks down that time frame, so we are forced to use our old HRIS system to track salaried emloyee PTO. Also, there is no one single place that has transparency for employees to see all of their time off accruals and transactions. Also, does not do payroll in Canada.

iSolved was a complete HRIS system, looked user friendly for both the employee and the Administrator and I was correct!

With iSolved, you can utilize as many or as few tools as you wish. This is nice, especially when working with a small HR department as it allows a soft roll out where you can work on preparing one took at a time. The interface is user friendly and is a good quality tool for companies not ready to invest in Workday, Oracle, et cetera.

Pros

I used this as an HR Department of one. It was great for tracking employees and pretty intuitive to use. Has a ton of reports to choose from and does a great job visualizing metrics - I often looked at the graphs of our employee self reported demographics for diversity purposes. iSolved also has the capability to create limited access accounts for employees so they can look at schedules, request days off, and pull paystubs/w2s.

Cons

Sometimes iSolved would glitch and seem to freeze/not let me change something when I was using it. I would have to call customer service to get this fixed. Luckily,my representative was local and easy to get ahold of. Overall, a nice software with a lot of functionality. It does take a while to get everything working (a lot of up-front work/data entry) but once everything is in,it's awesome. Lastly, the scheduling service is not very intuitive/friendly. It's difficult to build schedules and takes a lot of time to get then right.

Pros

I enjoy the timekeeping and payroll parts of this software. I enjoy the ease of use from a manager standpoint and the ability to keep up with time accurately and quickly adjust errors of timecards. The payroll function is great, as we still have overall control but iSolved manages the major processing components of the processing.

Cons

Would like more in depth report functionality and ease of using and finding reports.

Very user friendly and everything in in one place for the administrator. Not constantly having to switch systems and have multiple log ins. We are able to upload our commission and no longer do manual entry.

The absolute worst payroll experience in the 40+ years I have been dealing with payroll.

Pros

I have no pros. They have made major mistakes on more than half of the payrolls they have processed and are non-responsive to making corrections.

Cons

They are not capable of distinguishing (their computer system should be set up to auto-complete this portion) between a W2 and a 1099 employee. More than half of the payrolls have been incorrect, requiring manual checks, or destruction of the original checks and having iSolved reissue the checks correctly. If direct deposit is involved, it's even worse. We also have 2 W2 employees whose W2 information is incorrect and who received 1099's in error. iSolved repeatedly promised to make the corrections, and now will not even take or return phone calls.

### "Overall, great product!"

Overall, I enjoy using this and for the most part is straight forward. There are just the few items with the PTO and onboarding new employees I wish were easier.

Pros

The direct deposit feature is priceless. This has saved us a load of time. I also enjoy being able to see all the pay stubs in one place. Previously, we were manually printing checks and paystubs which was not straight forward. Anytime someone needed a reprint or a copy, it was quite time consuming.

Cons

I wish there was one place you could look at the PTO history. The negative number shown when PTO is taken is confusing to me. It does not seem to be straight forward and I end up tracking it myself in a separate spreadsheet to avoid confusion. I wish we did not have to email each new employee we are onboarding. I wish we could enter them into the system ourselves somehow. We find that most employees we tried to add to the system have some kind of issue during the process. I think there could be an easier way at least on the user end. Also the emails are need for each user to have access but the forms given out do not have a space for the email so usually they get added without an email. Which then requires more work later on to add that.

Overall a good way to clock time, sometimes difficult to navigate

Pros

I like that you can add missing punches easily, and add details/notes to punches. I like that you can use the dropdown to see the time of each punch

Cons

It would be nice to also see the exact time of the punch without having to hunt it down. Sometimes the options are overwhelming when trying to punch the timecard, a simpler interface would be nice

Cons

Points tracking, salaried employees who never use a timecard have to go to a timecard to request time off, no way to put notes on the termination screen-have to use another screen.
